El Toro Bravo — Restaurant in Annapolis

I came to this place on my birthday while I was visiting Annapolis for a conference. I didn't really have any friends while I was here, so I decided to celebrate on my own by visiting the bar for a margarita.

The bartenders were extremely kind and we all had very nice conversations. They celebrated my birthday with me and provided me some company which I really appreciated. The interaction was very special to me, so I must say that this restaurant deserves a 5/5 stars because of how much the employees there care about their customers. Tried Toro Bravo in Annapolis and had a really good time. Place looks great, loved the colors and vibe. Staff was super friendly. Service was quick, even though it was a busy afternoon on a long weekend. Food came out hot and fresh. Tried the tacos and enchiladas—both full of flavor. Chips and salsa were on point too.

Well rated so we tried it. Food was fine, but nothing special. For what it was it seemed expensive to me. Chile relleno was good, not in the top 10 I've ever had. Refried beans were unusual, I wasn't really a fan. Shredded beef in taco was ok, but seemed pretty much un-seasoned.
