McBride Gallery — Attraction in Annapolis

A wonderful, little gallery with local artists and some more broadly known, but with top-tier talent. You won't find a Degas, but anything purchased will still bring lots of joy for yourself and praise from others. Much of the art is appropriate for the Chesapeake Bay area with beach wildlife out nautical settings, but it is not exclusively so. They sell paintings and sculptures, mostly originals, but with a few options for lithographs. We had a couple pieces framed here, and they did a marvelous job for a great price. Over the many years that I have frequented the McBride Gallery, they have consistently featured a diverse selection of serious, high-quality works. The most lovely and charming gallery I have been to in years. Completely unpretentious and welcoming with an array of work for most tastes who appreciate fine works of art.
