Just left this noodles and co location after going in to pick up my online order- only to find out that my food was going to take over an hour to be ready. The restaurant was absolutely packed with people who had been waiting for well over an hour... the person who appeared to be the manager was very flustered and running around like a chicken with his head cut off.. he was super nice, it’s a shame this had to happen tonight. But the staff?? Oh man. The staff talked about how they were going to be quitting, while cussing loudly in the kitchen amongst themselves. I don’t have an issue with profanity, but I could tell the parents and children who were also waiting for their food didn’t want to be hearing that type of language. Overall, everyone but the manager were behaving in a pretty unprofessional way.. I get that this was a stressful situation, but come on. Why are online orders still allowed when the restaurant is this behind? Who knows, It’s probably not within managements control, but overall it was a mess. This location has seemed to be having lots of issues recently as this is not my first problem. A little over 2 weeks ago, I ordered food, my card was charged, I showed up to the restaurant and they were closed. Not a soul in the building.. let’s hope this all changes. Read moreI'm not usually a fan of fast food, but my spouse really wanted to eat at this place, and who is one to deny their sweetie a craving. Well, it was a meal with diverse emotions and points of view. On the one hand, I didn't like what I ordered because it had no flavor (the rigatoni), what my spouse ordered was good. These days ALL places are requesting staff and I want to understand that due to the lack of employees they do not have time to clean the place (let's give them the benefit of the doubt), it is worth mentioning that the girl who took our order (she did not have a badge, so I didn't know her name) was super kind and nice. Another thing that seemed super sad to me and that unfortunately many places do, is that even if you eat in, they give EVERYTHING in plastic containers 🤦🏻♀️. I personally am a person who is very much in favor of recycling and zero plastics, and the amount of plastic that is generated in these types of restaurants is terrifying! Read moreCame in to order a common dish and the young lady that took my order did not understand what it was that I wanted. I ended up with a weird dish that was nothing even comparable to what I was requesting. I do not eat shrimp, and there was a bunch of it in whatever it was that I received. My friend who was with me also got both of the dishes in her order incorrect. To top this off, there was a gentleman who appeared to be in training kept having to pull up and hold his pants up and I likely would've returned my food had I witnessed him preparing it. The two workers who were apparently not in training did a great job with hand washing and customer service. The gentleman up front was great with hand hygiene and packing our to-go orders.
