Sam's Club Cafe — Restaurant in Apple Valley

Food here is always great, especially for the price, but the service is horrendous. They keep pushing the scan and go app for quicker service, and despite using it every time, it never saves me time because they don't even look at the scan and go orders until you get there and wave someone down to tell them your order number. Half the time they're just ignoring you standing there in the "express" lane. I've also had to have multiple refunds using the app as I will order something and pay for it, only to find it's out of stock...and since I used the app there's no way to refund except going to customer service. A lot lacking in the service provided...
