Marketplace Café at Nordstrom — Restaurant in Arcadia

I hesitate to write this because I don't really want you to go there (it's never crowded & I like it like that). The quality of food is outstanding and the staff is extremely friendly. They also have a sweet little patio outside where you can enjoy the breezy foothill weather. It's casual fare in that you pay first and then the waiter brings the food to your table. $10-15 lunch & beverage. Obviously I like stopping by before or after a shopping trip to Nordstrom - but surprisingly enough there was an equal amount of men and women...

What's on here for lunch after an unsuccessful effort to go to Din Tai Fung without reservations. By the way, they do take limited reservations now. Marketplace Cafe was thoroughly Pleasant with good food. I had a turkey and cranberry sandwich switch came with a side salad. The portion was generous and the price reasonable given how restaurant prices are up in the wake of the pandemic. We sat on the patio add a large table. Probably one of my favorite places to eat at the mall! The food is always so delicious! Everything I've gotten here is so good. You can tell they use good quality ingredients.

Highly suggest: Proscuitto mozzarella sandwich (personal fave!) Lime cilantro salad (so light and fresh but good portion!) Tomato soupppppp, yum! Their pastas are also good and their other sandwiches are awesome too.

Service is always kind and to-go orders are well packaged. Prices are a little high, but...
