Updating my review, At this point when coming here you are going expect there's no cold brew. They either A ) Machine is down for the billionth time or B ) Ran out of Cold Brew. I had check online two days in a row no Cold Brew. I KNOW there's other selections but I prefer Cold brew as I can customized it how I like it. So don't expect they have any, I already made numerous complaints and it has been unheard. Manager and Staff are super friendly and kind. Just sucks I have to drive 15 minutes to another location than my own home town to get what I normally get. They are the only ones around that has issues with cold brew being available. It is the most popular item and they don't have any available or run out quickly then told it will be 8 hours at least for a new batch be made. Again don't expect any here , advise go to another location like North Main High Point or the one off East Chester High Point near the Theatre. THEY have it available and they are super busier than Archdale.

Once again, constantly out of cold brew. Made complaint with corporate twice. Was told by an employee they have never heard anything from them or their district manager. Each time has been a problem. This time was told it takes 20 hrs to brew the cold brew, they have 4 machines that does that, but short staff on 3rd and they can't find time to make sure they have enough for the next day. SMH, this place shouldn't be running at all if they can't make time or find time to do the job. Constant excuses of why they are out. Don't bother coming if you want cold brew , they don't have it here.

Operations need improvement.
This store is very slow on getting your order done. Doesn't matter whether you do the drive thru, go inside, or mobile order. I have mobile ordered and my drink wasn't done when I got there. Don't try to stop in a hurry, you won't get out on time.
There is a total lack of signage. It is unclear inside where the line is to order and where the line is to pick up. People randomly mill around and order from the left or right side of the counter with no structure. Names also were not called out, or weren't loud enough to hear, when drinks were placed on the counter.
They do not have signs up for national offers or discounts. For instance, now, all holiday coffee and merchandise is supposed to be 50% off, but this store isn't advertising that, and when asked, half the staff didn't know about it and didn't know what items were on sale and what items were not.
Several times I have tried to order different things to be told they are out of stock (food and drink items). They also haven't gotten in new stock on updated flavors, while other stores in the area have.

Read moreI have on multiple occasions given this location a pass and said maybe they'll get it together but it's clear they're not even interested in trying. If you're honest with yourself you know Starbucks is fast food, it's just okay coffee at gourmet prices and you're paying for the convenience, but there's no convenience at this location. You'll wait 20-45 minutes guaranteed, it's a coin toss on if your order is prepared correctly, and most of the time they don't have what you want in stock. If you venture inside, wrongly assuming it may be quicker, you'll have the pleasure of reading a sign on their counter boasting the most improved service times in the region. What an absolute joke, patting themselves on the back for being slightly less mediocre. If you have the time to wait in line 40 minutes you'd be better served just driving into high point and grabbing your drink from the multiple Starbucks that actually seem to give a damn.
Also as a side, why is there zero external lighting on the building or in the parking lot? Archdale isn't the most dangerous place sure,but it's neither reassuring...
