Absolutely terrible. Walked in to the employee and manager fighting over something and then cursing each other. Blew it off because it wasn't any of my business. My husband and I ordered our food and sat down and waited for our food, after we got our food I take the bun off my roast beef sandwich and all the meat was pink and didn't look good. My husband took it up there to ask about it and the manager had explained that it was cooked all the way that it was still okay to eat. I didn't want to believe her because I am 6 months pregnant with my first child and know I can't have any undercooked meats but I went ahead and tried to take a bit of it anyway. After I took a bite of it it was ice cold. We again had taken it back up there and explained that it was cold and finally received a new one after she cut the meat and threw the sand which into the microwave to make sure it was warm. I love Arby's just for the simple fact it's fast and easy but will not return if...
Read moreTerrible place I just ordered a bourbon bbq brisket sandwich its a $6 sandwich. It had 2 pieces of brisket 1 piece of bacon and 3 broken little pieces of onion straws. To top it all off a spot of bbq sauce the size of a silver dollar. I take it in and they remake it because obviously its 3 times smaller than it should be. They give me the other one I walk out and look in the box and believe it or not it was even smaller I talked to the shift manager and she says that's how it's supposed to be wow are you kidding me. Then she has the audacity to tell me the picture I showed her what it should look like was how big they make the triple. So your telling me you screw people over even worse on the triple I'm disgusted. I'm tired of fast food places doing this to people it's not right. Oh and by the way I had to put that one star to even write a review. Wow you got to be...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped in at the Arby's on 12th St in Ardmore to try the new fish items. I had the 3-piece hushpuppy-breaded fish (5-piece available) with crinkle fries and my husband had the Cajun fish wrap with curly fries. I guess the pandemic did away with the comforts of dining in, as the ketchup, sauces, etc. were now available only on request, and food trays were replaced by to-go sacks. But the food was good and hot, and that's what's important. The breaded fish is basically a filet cut into 1×2 inch chunks, and they were just out of the fryer with good flavor. The Cajun wrap was good too, not too spicy. The wrap itself was a bit thick in places but still lended a great texture to the fish and lettuce. Both fries were perfect. The store was clean and our order took just a bit over five minutes. The two of us had lunch for less...
