12:15PM on Sunday on 4/13/2025. Store manager was yelling at an employee in front of 40 to 50 customers. Zero reason to handle whatever the situation in that manner. Obviously, she just wanted to put on a show and pound her chest. Horrible image for Braum's. Regardless of the situation, a professional would have simply and quietly walked the employee in question to the back room and then proceeded to make whatever statements she deemed necessary. But still.....I am not confident she could comprehend the concept because she actually followed the employee in question to the back room and continued her tirade at the same hightened level she displayed out on the floor. Check your cameras. She started at the checkout area by the entrance and then took it into the back room. A few other points.....1) It would have been nice if she were more focused on the efficiency of your store. You know....like making sure there were napkins available for your customers BECAUSE THERE WERE ZERO. I had to ask for napkins and STILL no one figured out that they might want to take, literally, 30 seconds to fill the napkins. CHECK YOUR CAMERAS. 2) Service was poor. Customers were getting upset due to excessive wait times. And lastly, she looked as if she was dumpster diving all morning. If you're going to be that dirty and project such an image onto the floor, you might want to bring an extra shirt because the white shirt was no longer white.
I drive all over the country and I am pround of the Oklahoma-based companies I see and visit across these states. Today was not a pround day for me to see this display right here in my own back yard. I believe it might be time for Braum's to reshift their focus on the image they present on the floor of their own stores.
So....after all of this, I asked for a water cup. The water doesn't work on the fountain on the floor and, AMAZINGLY, the water doesn't work on the fountain behind the counter. How do I subtract...
Read moreMy kids and I stopped for lunch on the way back to TX. It was around 12:30. The cashier who took our order was not very friendly. My kids wanted shakes with their kids meal instead of a drink. He never asked them if they wanted a shake or drink. Both kids asked for lettuce on their cheeseburgers. He seemed irritated and as if he would rather be doing something else. He never greeted us nor did he even smile. When our number was called, the food was ready but the shakes had not even been made. When the lead, asked if they had been made, they said no and the order had been removed from the screen. When we got our food, neither rod my kids had lettuce on their burgers. My burger had no ketchup, as requested. I looked at the receipt and those items were not even listed....so the accuracy of the order was not entered correctly nor was it read back to us prior to paying. I ordered a double cheeseburger and the burger was over cooked and dried. I asked the employee who was cleaning tables and helping with the grocery side, if I could speak to a manager and I saw her go and ask them to come to our table; however, they never came. When we were leaving, I asked what the Manager's name was and she told me Greg, Frank, and another female manager that she couldn't remember her name. We have visited other Braum locations and have never had the experience as we did with the Holiday Location. Very disappointed that $20 was spent and all 3 meals were not made correctly and/or were to done. I tried speaking to the manager as soon as I saw they were wrong, but again, the manager(s) never came to visit with me as the girl...
Read moreI thought the last experience was a fluke, but it’s happened again. There’s no reason a drive thru at a fast food restaurant should take more than 5 minutes to take an order. When there are 4 cars in line, it takes 20 minutes just to get to the speaker. And then another 6 or so minutes to get food at the window. I don’t know if the issue is short-staffed shifts or what but I also witnessed a customer inside remind them of his drink (he had been waiting a while) and the worker told him he had “already drank it.” When the customer said again he hadn’t yet received the drink the worker then stated again “fine, I’ll make you another one but you already finished the first one.” What makes it most unfortunate is this location is just off the interstate, so they probably could get a lot of business being the first Braums when driving from Texas after crossing the state line. The drive thru attendant typically apologizes for the wait, but it doesn’t give the customer their half hour back. I used to have a friend in college that worked for a Texas Braums. The drive thru worker was expected to make all their own ice cream orders. Clearly, if this is what is happening, it is time to update the process. Not surprisingly, I was able to write this entire review on my phone while waiting to move forward one car. Since it’s been 7 minutes and the line has not moved, I’m taking my business just down the way...
