This location is a joke and exists just to rip off the tourists that don't know there is a REAL Dunk'n'Donuts right down the road. My issues are simple...
This location won't allow you to order ahead with the Dunkin App.
Forget ordering... this location won't even let you pay for your order with the app.
I've been at the Great Wolf Lodge for the past week with my family on a Staycation, and the hours of operation as listed on Google Maps and the Dunkin App are wrong. The real hours of operation for this location are from 6:30am to 5pm.
Lastly, the customer service here was crud. They do not have an employee greet you to take your order but instead keep all employees behind a counter with displays so high you can barely see them. This location forces you to place all orders via a touch screen and refuses to allow you to pay with the Dunkin App. You have to pay via these machines.
I'm short we traveled to the real Dunkin that was less than half mile...
Read moreI’ve never felt more unwelcome at a Dunkin’. There’s no counter service—just a row of kiosks, one of which was broken. The one I used was painfully slow and glitchy, repeatedly adding items I didn’t want. I had to restart parts of my order multiple times.
After finally placing my order, my items came out separately over the course of 20 minutes—first the coffee, then the donuts, then the sandwich—because the kitchen operates like three disconnected stations. The staff seemed hardworking but totally disengaged from customers, just placing items on the counter without a word. It felt cold and impersonal, like I was invisible.
To top it off, my daughter had a birthday wristband for a free donut, but no one would talk to us or tell us how to redeem it. We left feeling frustrated...

The staff at great wolf lodge itself is great. The staff at this dunkin donuts is horrible. The person that served my drink made a mistake, was a jerk about correcting it and rude from start to finish. As a former service industry worker, I would fire this person and would put my team through some training.
They messed up several orders in front of mine as well and were rude to other people. It was shocking to see how they interacted...
