Been going to this McDonald’s on and off lately, but most of the time I’ve been going to the other one off the 69 in Prescott valley because this one has consistently sucked 95% of the time. Night crew has their act together usually but the day crew could care less about their customers and cares more about patting their metrics on fake drive through times. Most of the time special requests on burgers/sandwiches are ignored with the special order receipt on the item to make you even more upset. Fries are usually undercooked but it’s clear they don’t change their fryer oil enough. If it was a extremely busy location I could understand but most of the time especially at night it’s dead. Today finally hit me the wrong way. 5:20pm. One other car in the drive thru. Waited 10 mins for someone to take my order. They gave me my drinks at the drive through and then told me to pull around to the front drive through lane. I pull around. Not only am I and the car behind me being sent to the parking spots but so are the other….. and I’m not exaggerating 7 other cars waiting in the 5 drive through lanes and mobile order lanes. 2 more behind me followed not knowing where to park. Then we waited for 20 mins for our food. Food was cold. Items still has ingredients requested to be removed. Fries were dark yet undercooked and over salted. I very seldom leave a bad review but this place needs either more staff… or staff that cares more. The gentleman taking my order was fine. The guy bringing me my food after waiting was fine. But abusing the drive thru parking spots when there is no line to make it seem like they’re knocking out these orders at the rate they should be only to come out with low quality food for the price...
Read moreI've had a pretty pleasant experience most the time I come into this location, but this evening was the opposite. I am very disheartened to have to post this, but it needs to be addressed. This evening between 4:30 -5:00 pm May 1st, 2023, after a long day of work for my mother, we decide to have a small meal to end the day. My mother, being the customer, a hard working American who pays taxes to this " government " simply wants to enjoy French fries without salt. When the order comes up, we notice salt on the fries she just ordered . I ask the young man if they could redo the fries with no salt, and his exact words back to us was " There may be a smidge of salt on them, but if you want me to redo them and burn my hand from the oil.." first of all, NO ONE ESPECIALLY in customer service should speak to ANYONE this way. A young person working there, speaking to someone much older than him, WITH an attitude! Ya know, my mothers father was a WWII Marine . if it wasn't for him and other veterans, THAT young child would not have what he has today! PLEASE SHOW RESPECT!!! That's what I'm HIGHLY angry about! The absolute no respect from whomever was in charge this evening working to expedite the orders. NOW, let me say I did get the fries replaced once I told the GM, and he asked another manager, Miguel to take care of it. Miguel redid the fries for my mother PERFECTLY. Read moreI would give this place 0-stars or even far less score if I was able to. I recently ordered a delivery for myself and a group (since these guys were advertising certain free meals if the total were to come more than $20) however, it was a bad move.
When my food was delivered (by the way these guys have this special trend), the label receipts were not only placed within the food containers, WITH the actual food, but the ink of the receipt (due to the heat from food) smeared off and somewhat imprinted itself on top of the hamburger bun.
Whether it's the cook who prepares food this way and carelessly places receipts with the food, OR the cashier who decides to add a final prank by placing the receipt face down onto the food... I don't know. Whatever their motives are, it simply now tells me "I no longer want your business, we want to see if we could break the Domino Pizza's 2009 record, and please report us to the Department of Health and Consumer Affairs" Which I had no choice but to do so tonight.
During my first order with these guys a month ago, the receipt was folded half outside and half inside, and I simply took that as, they could be busy and "things can happen". As you all can see through the photos...... you tell me if this is a coincidence or on...
