MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Arizona

I was so excited when we got a MOD Pizza in our neighborhood. So far two of the three times I've been have been nothing less than disappointment. Today I order my pizza for pickup because i have a 30 minute lunch. I get there, it's not ready so I have to wait 10 to 12 minutes so they make me another one which they burned. Now I'm pushing it to get back to work on time trying to Wolf down a smoking hot pizza and burn my mouth. It was more than obvious that two people in there trying to keep up with the amount of orders they had what's the way too much for them I can promise you I wasn't the only unhappy person in there waiting for food. I think I'm done...

Service is trash at this location. We have people speed-cooking pizzas by holding them up to the flame instead of allowing them to cook resulting in my pizza being pale on one side and cooked on the other. We have people attempting to make my pizza with bare hands and then putting it in the oven with bare bands. I attempted to give the location another chance, coming back at 9pm on a Saturday, only to find one couple sitting, being greeted by no one, and standing at the front of the line for 5+ minutes. Again, worst location in the valley.

Go to San Tan Village. I've had a great experience going...

Make sure you ask them to press your dough fresh, because for whatever reason they press out a full rack of dough during non busy times.

This means dough sits on the rack for 30+ minutes. Not only is this improper food handling, but it also makes the pizza cook worse and gives it a stale, weird taste.

Giving this store 3 stars because the staff are attentive and friendly and the store is clean, but docking 2 because of the food safety/quality...
