Had issues at the drive through ordering my drinks but pushed past that because it was busy. Bought an order for the office, did not receive a drink that was clearly on the screen AND they also repeated my order including the drink that now mysteriously has disappeared. Called the store to let them know since it was one of my doctor’s drinks that were missing…. Spoke to Nick and was expecting it to be a real quick exchange, no issues, right? Wrong. Nick began to escalate the situation by arguing with me about my order and then hung up. When I called back immediately after he responded with “hi, I believe we were disconnected” NO YOU HUNG UP…. When I asked for corporates number he laughed and said I did not need anyone else’s number but his District Manager’s. After providing me with the number he began to argue AGAIN about an order he didn’t even take. Definitely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! Super unfortunate because this is the location that my doctor’s actually enjoy. Stay away from Nick he definitely will not help...

I was a Starbucks partner for 4 years and I was always told if a customer walks into your store, you greet them, even if you can’t help them just yet. You say something like “hi welcome in, we’ll be with you in just a moment!” On two separate occasions I’ve come in to this store to order in, and was not acknowledged for at least 4 minutes. The first time I went in, I waited because I didn’t want to be awkward and leave. I finally made my order, and the girl at the bar making my drink was extremely rude and seemed unhappy to be working there. The second time, this morning, I did not get acknowledged at all, and so I left and got in my car to get in the drive thru lane instead, as I figured that’d be the only way I’d get acknowledged at this Starbucks. Read moreBad service & false advertising. I'm nearly done with Starbucks all together and here's why. Juanita at the register heard me say "for HERE" twice and didn't put it on my order. They made my cold drink in plastic, so I gave the straw back and asked, "Aren't there HERE glasses for this drink?" Another server replies, it will be in a tall coffee mug... Too late for that and by the way, why does Starbucks advertise its cold drinks in glasses and then not serve them therein?? It's a joke, so the premium cost is NOT worth the expense.
