Thai Chili 2go — Restaurant in Arizona

I have to start out by saying that Juan is probably one of the most friendly people I’ve met. Thai Chili 2go is a newer space in the area so I decided to check it out. Upon walking in, I was warmly greeted and struck up a conversation with Juan. He patiently walked me through the menu, telling me their specials, what people like, asking me my preferences… I was torn between the Green and the Yellow Curry and he immediately said “Don’t worry, I got you.” He went behind the counter and got two spoons, one of each curry for me to taste. A. I was blown away by his kindness and B. both of them were delicious. I ended up going with the Green Curry and the Pad Thai – both were great choices. This is the third time I’ve ordered here on two of the times. The order was supposed to be ready in 15 to 20 minutes and took 60 minutes. Their service is absolutely horrible. Try getting somebody on the phone they won’t answer it will ring and ring and ring, I am absolutely disgusted with this place would not recommend anyone highly recommend you go to another location. Soy Thai and Scottsdale is fantastic and great service. Don’t waste your time at this place. Absolutely horrible customer service food is just OK. I am done. I have given this location several chances because I love the food. I have consistently received the wrong food when placing online orders on 3 different occasions (most recently in January and I have yet to receive the refund I was promised). I decided to try take out tonight and I ordered pineapple fried rice. The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant and helpful with listing menu items because a screen wasn't working. I got home and realized there was not one piece of pineapple in my fried rice. I'm not sure where the breakdown in communication is happening, but they seem incapable of getting orders correct whether they are placed online or in person.
