Bakery Donuts — Restaurant in Arlington

I’ve been a loyal customer of this donut shop for years simply because it’s the most convenient option near my home. But after my recent experience, I will never return.

I ordered four cake donuts and was told the total was over $7 (around $7.88). I questioned the price because the menu board clearly states that cake donuts are $1.20 each. The cashier looked back at the board, then told me the price had gone up to $1.77 each. I repeated that the sign says $1.20 and she repeated that they are now $1.77. She didn’t apologize or even try to be kind about their error. Instead, she abruptly asked, “So do you want the donuts or not?”

I was shocked. Not only is that an unprofessional and disrespectful way to speak to a customer, but it also showed zero interest in retaining longtime patrons or correcting misleading pricing. Between the poor customer service and the inflated prices, I’m done giving this place my business. There are too many other options with better service, fair prices, and staff who actually value...

We really had high hopes for these but was very disappointed! We decided to order donuts from here because their photos show great work and the donuts and shop are always so pretty. We ordered 12 flower donuts for our grandmother’s 90th birthday. We asked for bright colors, pink, blue, purple ,red and so on . We did not get that! I showed up to the donut shop and was told they would be picked up at 11. No big deal, that was a miscommunication on my part with my cousin. Told them no problem she’ll come back and pick them up at 11. She then comes back around to say well. You can take them now, but they’re not done! I said again no, it’s no problem she will get them later . we bought and paid for a kolache’s and left . 15 minutes later, she called my cousin, and says the donuts were ready. So I’m assuming that’s why these donuts look awful! They were rushed to be made! We bought 12 of these and paid $50 for them! How can you show such a great work and produce something this. We will definitely not be returning to...

Don’t ever go and try to make an order for a private party. Your order will not be put on the calendar for the baker to make and when you go and try to pick up your order all they can say is “sorry I forgot to put your order in the calendar what can I do for you”. Really well at that point there is nothing you can do for your customer. The person in charge of taking the orders is very Is responsible. Now my baby’s party is ruined and I have to try and fine a cake or cupcakes for his party. I wish she would of just been honest with me and told she couldn’t do my order. The funny part is that she had me pay up front when I did my order thinking I wasn’t going to go for my order and the one that didn’t have the order ready was...
