I don’t eat out much for many reasons, but when I do I expect a great customer experience. On February 1, 2019, (around 6:40PM), I stopped in at the Subway located at 3646 Matlock Rd Arlington, Texas 76015 for a quick bite to eat before my daughter’s basketball game. I don’t know the two hispanic ladies names...they were not wearing name tags, but they were very accommodating to me, and my little meticulous 7 year old while ordering. My daughter said, “Mama, she made my sandwich JUST right.” This young lady that assisted my daughter with her order was very patient, and careful to place each item on the bread where my daughter asked. The other employee was very gracious, accommodating, and kind to me as she assisted me with my sandwich, and soup order. I had, had a long, and exhausting day. Her smile was very appreciated. Because of my current dietary needs my order was a little odd, but we laughed, and she went with the flow. At check out this same employee allowed my daughter to introduce her to her, (my daughter’s) stuffed puppy, Brooklyn. Although, not a 5 star restaurant, I received 5 star service with smiles, and thank you’s. The lobby, and bathroom were kept, and clean. If I could suggest one change, it would be to ask that the employees wear name tags. I didn’t ask their names because they might have thought I had a grievance. I’ll leave my receipt info in hopes that Subway is able to retrieve info on who these ladies were that worked the evening of my visit, and share my review with them. Read moreI would give this place zero stars if I could. From the few times I have come to this location i’ve noticed a few things. The employees don’t seem to want to be there at all. They don’t talk to the customers. They have headphones in while they are in the process of assisting a customer which is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. However the thing that bothers me most is multiple times I have come to this location to find out they have closed the place down before the stated closing time. Whether it be 30 minutes before or even 10 minutes before you close I should still be able to walk in and order a meal if I please. If this place closes at 9:30 then change the closing times online and on your door. I literally came to this location at 9:45 tonight (January 19th) and the doors are locked and the open sign is off however the lights are on to make it look like it is still open. This is not how you run a business at all. I will never come to this location ever again and I will DEFINITELY make sure to tell friends, family, ANYONE to never come to this location at all! Read moreI just came in to get something to eat, when I arrived a gut was cashing out a previous customer. While I was waiting 2 other customers came in. The last customer to come in he acknowledged by name ans asked what you doing. She Said I just need a bag of chips so she grab some chips and he cashes her our dismissing the 3 other guest in line. Then tells us I will be with you in a minute. Washed his hands then starts pulling out cookies and start restocking while we are just standing in line. There's a Chinese lady making an online order and a African American lady who has walked out several times hasn't acknowledged us or even tried to take our order. She kept going in the back talking about no one has made any bread but there's 10 back there. After waiting 10 minutes me and my spouse left and told the young lady behind us have a good day. We were there to get an order for a family gathering and some lunch. Never again will I come to this subway. Very very very poor...
