Crispy's Great Chicken — Restaurant in Arlington

After reading the reviews I was really excited about trying this place for the first time. My taste buds was ready for a party in my mouth because I hadn't eaten anything yet today. WELL BIG DISAPPOINTMENT to my taste buds‼️ Can we say FLAVORLESS at it's finest‼️ Don't get me wrong the appearance makes you think you're about to throw down. But the first bite of chicken I was disappointed because it tasted as if the grease needed to be changed. It was very crispy to my liking and seemed fresh, buy lacked flavor. Then I tried the fish.... again another flavorless item, but was pippin hot and fresh. I even tried it with their "famous" hot sauce,.but that only made it spicy not flavorful. Some of the french fries were half done and cold, but were seasoned....maybe they should have taken the fry seasoning and used it on the fish and chicken. Sweet tea tasted like it had lemonade in it. This is the worst place to eat fish in Arlington, Texas. I got lunch at this place on January 4th. My fish had black hair attached to the fish under the batter. My hair is short and red. I called and spoke with the lady that sold the food. She asked me to return it. I vomited and threw most of it away. I keep evidence to the piece that had her black hair cooked with the batter fish. I wanted my money-back. She would not to do that. She offered to make me more food. No I don't want any food from this place ever. I would advise anyone buying fish to check your food before you leave the drive-thru for hair. They don't wear hair nets when they cook the food. The men wear baseball caps on their heads while cooking the food. The lady cashier, part owner, doesn't wears anything on her head while preparing your food. Order the lunch special 1 fish 1 tender and fries. Fries were very saggy. Fish was way to soft as in not cooked all the way!! Chicken tender was only thing crispy but even at that way to crispy and cold. It’s like they put the food in low temperature oil and it just stayed in there and not fully cook through! Worst decision in my life and wish I could have got a refund! Check your food before you leave so you won’t be stuck with nasty food! The lemonade was very hot as well. Taste like powder crystal light! 377 has a Crispys I promise you that’s beyond delicious ! Not to mention way cheaper so you get your money worth and some!
