Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Arlington

This location has had so many issues, and for over 6 months we continued to be patient with new staff and some exciting staff members who should not be there. DUTCH BROTHERS is known for friendly and kindness atmosphere. Arlington cooper has lost all there friendly workers. ( not new staff who are still in training) Today i had screen issues since my phone recently craked, the staff could not scan and the line was getting long so i decided to move out of the way and go to window. Someone suggested a screen shot for a smaller view which worked . However once i got to window a new person was looking for my order and my we had another issues once i purchased and stared to walk away i heard her talking about me in a horrible manner obviously super annoyed with me. The problem is this young lady is alway sour..no personality what so ever. Im a regular and its so unpleasant to go to this location anymore..i probably get treated better at Starbucks. So to its owner..invest in happy ..kind people..because they keep people coning back ..sometimes just to be uplifted. I must say there are maybe 3_ 4 employees that do smile and greet like dutch is known for. So sorry not sorry this location will no longer have my earnings. This has been an issue since you got rid of A team last summer that crew was outstanding. Not ditching dutch ..just your location.. hope south...

I started ordering ahead on the app and arrived 7 minutes early (saw there was a line and new by the time it got to me it would be my pick up time) when the employee came up to my car and I told her I ordered ahead she said they “aren’t supposed to start making my drink until my pick up time” and to not come early. Even though I’d took into consideration that there was 4 cars in front of me and that it would take awhile for me to get mine and would be the pick up time by the time it was my turn. This is my go to place almost every morning. People here are always friendly. Drinks are great. However if you go in the morning and there is any type of line it takes a while and the way the drive is setup there is no way to get out of if you need to go and can't wait. They need 2 people outside during peak time also. If not they tend to not go in order of people arriving which makes it take even longer to get through the line. I dont leave alot of reviews but this morning was the 4th time this has happened to me. People are great just need more morning staff to deal...
