Gourmet Latte — Restaurant in Arlington

I've never had a bad mocha here. Prices are high but I don't mind as every drink I've ordered is good. 24oz coffee only comes 2 shots, so I only get 20oz. The location is in an odd spot and hard to get to if your not traveling the same side of the road it's on. The hubby and I come every weekend for years, he always pays and on more than one occasion, they claim his debit card does not work. Does the card terminal not offer a chip reader? Can't a card number be manually entered? We rarely cary cash and last weekend after they ran his card several times, we had to leave (drinks in hand) and w that same debit card withdrew 20 from the bofa atm down the street. Probably will be the last time we visit unless...

So I've been here now three times in two days, I've always been a Starbucks to Dutch bros to Bigfoot until now, this place in my opinion is the best aroundand I love coffee espresso etc, this place has the best customer service and the best tasting coffee around in my opinion, my mom who's a huge Starbucks fan loves her Starbucks, so I had the barista at gourmet latte make me her favorite a cinnamon dulche, then wwnt to Starbucks and had them make the same drink guess who's coffee won the taste test exactly gourmet latte did, I will be coming here alot, thank you ladies for making some fuqin awesome coffee drinks hopefully this will make people think hhmm where to go well gourmet latte is...

Gourmet latté espresso bar - NOT so gourmet!

As the employees were nice, the offerings were not up to par. The coffee order was a latté. As the batista went to make it she asked if I wanted a flavor, I said caramel, unless you only have syrup. She told me that had the sauce to make it. I also ordered a breakfast burrito, I should have know it would be a frozen/microwaved item. Well when I got to my destination and tasted the coffee, it would seem as though caramel syrup was used instead. Very disappointed in my first (and last) visit. I know, first world problems but when you are asking for $5+ for a cup of coffee...it should be how...
