I went in there for lunch at around 11:15 on 6/28/22. As soon as I walked into the place, I could smell old / dirty fryer oil. If you’ve ever worked in restaurants, you might know what I’m talking about. It was a strong odor. So, either they’re not changing their fryer oil regularly, or there is old grease buildup throughout the establishment in every nook and cranny. Either way, it will make you sick. I was in a hurry to get back to work, so I waivered but decided to order something. I waited at the counter for a minute, then the manager approached me and said that the dining room is closed. I saw this as a sign, not going through the drive-thru, not getting sick. (I thought it was weird that the dining room was closed, I haven’t seen that since the pandemic ended). As I walked out, I said “just so you know, I can snell your fryer oil. It stinks in here”. There was a young grungy scrub who had serviced from the kitchen while I was waiting at the counter and apparently he went out to smoke a cigarette. He was standing just outside the front door puffing when I came out. He heard me mentioning the smell, and as I was getting into my vehicle to leave, he yelled, “you need to chill the fu* out!” I was a little shocked and said, “what was that?” He repeated it again even louder. Then, he told me I’m not allowed to go in there anymore (oh no! lol!). I told him I would get in touch with his manager. Then he told me, “go ahead, she’s right inside, we’re friends”. Then, he pounded on the window to get her attention. He yelled through the window while pointing at me out in the parking lot, “this mother fu*er isn’t allowed in here anymore!”. Anyway, I obviously won’t be going back there. It’s dirty and disgusting, plus they’re low class jerks living in there own...
Read moreI’ve waited at least a year before posting a review. Went to this exact location under 10 times minimum this year because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.
See, I’m not big on eating out but when a girl craves for a famous bowl, sometimes it just hits right. You know?
My complaint is mostly about the workers. The food is hit or miss but the WORKERS @ This location. No matter the time of day. Went on three different hours of the day to test it out.
These workers are definitely RUDE AS A WHOLE. Doesn’t matter if it’s morning shift or afternoon they’re hostile and short with you. They literally have zero customer service skills and the evening closing shift is the worse. Who trained them? Is this family owned? I’ve never truly understand why people choose to work a job that they hate. No smiles. No laughter. Just hostile and angry attitudes. I even took my bff there and had her order. And tell me her experiences. I believe in checking reviews before going to an establishment and the reviews for this place is definitely not being done. So I just came here to share my experiences. To the lady who was heavy stocked cashing me out a few days ago, you have the worst attitude. You shouldn’t be talking about other employees who just started the job. Maybe if you actually had a good attitude people, they wouldn’t call out on shifts working with you. You sound absolutely miserable taking it out on the crew and it’s sad to hear someone who was put in a leadership position treat their fellow coworkers like they are beneath you. No skills stuck at a job you hate. Good for you. Needless to say… I’ll get my food from the other locations if I have them cravings again. Y’all’s are less then two minutes from me and I’d rather drive it the way to fix...
Read moreIn a nutshell: experienced racism from a single cashier and poor professionalism from the rest.
Detailed version: Dine-in 12/26/23 ~3:45pm. Wife and I (asian) see signs on the door stating cards can't be used up front, except for the drive thru and a Christmas party today at 8pm. I asked, because it's been done before, if I could order and they could use my card on the working card reader for the drive thru. Cashier stated that that was impossible. The card reader in the back and front systems are completely separate. She stated that I would have to order here, go through the drive thru and re-order there (for some reason), pay, and come back in to dine-in. So, I pay and find a seat. A few minutes later, another man (white) orders a similar meal to our meal. He gives her his card, and without a word, she goes to the back to charge his card. Took less than 2 minutes. A few minutes later, a customer at the drive thru was showing off their Great Pyrenees dog. The entire staff, including the cashier, ignoring the people at the register, took around 3 minutes to coo over the dog- no food prep. Even more of a delay when they saw, what I assume, a fellow co-worker outside motioning them to come and pick up the Christmas Party equipment. They were more focused on a party that wasn't going to start for another 4 hours than the customers present. Recommended areas to improve: 1. Please leave your prejudice and ignorance at the door before clocking in; 2. Please recognize that customers are a higher priority than a (admittedly) cute dog, a Christmas party, or distracting chats. Though I will never be back, I hope improvements will be made for...
