I happened to hear Galbi Burger is super trending these days so we made a road trip from Seattle all the way up to Mt. Vernon and Anarcotes so we could stop in Arlington to try out the Galbi Burger.
Galbi Burger is located very close to the I-5 highway so it is a very ideal location to make a quick stop to take a rest and grab a bite to eat. There are plenty of parking spaces for customers in front of the restaurant.
We ordered two Galbi burgers from the Classic Galbi menu. The staff was super friendly and asked us what kind of toppings we wanted for the burgers. They offer many toppings to choose from but we asked for all as we are not too picky.
We paid at the register upon ordering the food, and the staff served the food to our table. They seemed to make the burger as soon as the order came through so it took about 7 minutes for us to get the order. It was definitely fast enough for the freshly-made burger.
After having one bite of the Galbi burger, I couldn't stop smiling because of the full flavor of Galbi taste. It was unbelievably amazing! The patty was very tender and juicy with galbi marination. The bun itself was unique with softness. The burger tasted even better with their fresh vegetable toppings. The portion of the burger was big enough to fill my stomach without fries but I do want to try out their special loaded fries such as Kimchi fries next time. I also think the rice or salad can be a good alternative to the burger bun because the galbi patty can go well with almost anything.
The restaurant is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and most importantly, the burger is fantabulous. I can assure you that you will never regret making a stop in Arlington for Galbi burger. And I will definitely come back anytime soon on...

I dont think you can go wrong with any burger choice but we ordered the Garlic Madness deluxe burger with spicy fries, the Boneless Crispy Chicken with spicy seasoning, and the Jalepeño Blast deluxe burger with onion rings (not pictured). They do not mess around with loading up these burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, and galbi goodness! The bun is pillowy soft and fresh, unlike any other burger I've had. Keep in mind that these are galbi burgers so the patties are marinated in galbi sauce making it somewhat sweet.
It is a walk up order and self seating situation, but they do bring your order to your table on trays if you're dining in. Seating was plentiful with both low table booths as well as high tables. They carry Pepsi product brand Stubborn Soda advertised as artificial ingredient free. Nonetheless, palate appealing!
Many customization options for ordering, from fries or onion rings, to regular or spicy, and a choice of dipping sauce (so many to choose from)! Grab extra napkins and maybe a knife to cut the burgers in half, but know that the messy eating is...
Read moreStumbled across this restaurant in a complex in Arlington, and am so happy I went in. Such nice, friendly, amazing people, with a beautifully, designed mint interior. They really went all out on the design of the restaurant, restaurant theme, menu items and options, and with the Stubborn Soda varieties (i.e. Pineapple Cream soda).
Whoever made my takeout order was definitely a perfectionist. Perfectly wrapped food items that were fresh and ready to be devoured. I've never had such methodically laid-out loaded fries; they were on another level. Crispy fries saturated in delicious sour cream, topped with crispy, salty, real bacon pieces, and blanketed in a cheddar cheese blend blanket. Wow, they were the best loaded fries I've ever had!
Not to mention the amazing Pineapple Cream Stubborn Soda, and artfully crafted burger with fresh veggies, delicious toppings, and a wholly filling burger experience.
Hope you support this amazing place, as it will not be a disappointment in any regard, and provides great value for a...
