Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Arlington

We use too love going there on the nights our kids have late sports games or practices cause it's a quick easy dinner. It's not super frequent but enough to notice a big decline in customer service and never having the hot and ready pizzas available. They are supposed to be hot and ready to grab and go, but we always end up having to wait for 20 plus minutes for our order to be made. They also use to answer their phone when we would call ahead to preorder our pizzas but they no longer answer their phones in the evenings. About 3 weeks ago some co workers and I all decided to go in on a pizza order. We tried calling for about 20 minutes straight so we could preorder our pizzas since we only get a 30 minute lunch. No one answered the phone, so I drove there to once again see a empty hot case with no pizza and 1 cheesey bread available. The kid behind the counter looked like he came straight from the gym too work. He was wearing a black muscle tank and gym shorts with slide on sports sandals. When I walked in, he looked at me but did not greet me, or say anything he just stood there and stared at me, and looked very annoyed I had came inn. So I walked to the counter and before I could say anything he said "just so you know, it's going too be a 20 minute wait for anything" so I said ok, and proceeded to order one pizza and a crazy bread... there was about 4-5 other people who were already waiting for food and about another 2 that came after me. After sitting there fir well over 30 minutes and everyone being gone including the people who had come after me, the kid looks at me and says "uhhh what are you waiting for?" I replied with "well I'm waiting for my food, I ordered one pizza and a crazy bread" he had a really annoyed look on his face and turned around and went too the back. After being back there for a few minutes he comes back out and says they forgot to make my food and it was going to be another 15-20 minutes, but that he would give me the old crazy bread that had been sitting g there since I first arrived for free!!!! I said no!!!! I wasn't going to wait cause I had already sat there for my entire lunch and had too get back too work. I just asked for a refund, and he said "uh, we do refunds" at this point I am thoroughly pist, and tell him I am not waiting and I want my money back now!!! So he rolls his eyes and goes in the back too grab a manager who ends up giving me my money back. There were no apologies for forgetting to cook our food, the extra long wait, NOTHING!!!! Needless too say, we wont be back!! I almost never leave a bad review on anyone, but this place was absolutely ridiculous and displayed terrible...

I called our order in over the phone since anytime we stop in we have to wait for 20-30 mins. I had to call 5 times for someone to even answer. The Employee that took my order said my pizza's would be ready 20-25 mins., I said ok sounds great and thank you, He then said actually 25-30 mins. Is that ok I said yes that is fine, My name Is Jennifer. I figured it's probably the dinner rush right about now. He didn't say anything to me about it so I thought that was the deal. Placed our order at 8pm. Well we gave them an additional 10 because they do get busy some times... Well we got there at 8:40pm my Husband ran in to grab it so we could get back home to feed the kids since it's a school night and getting late. My husband came back out to the car empty handed and says to me Honey, do you have anything smaller then a $100 on you they won't break it for me. I said what? Why won't they break it when our change is only going to be about $40? Lou was like I have no idea, so I just grabbed $60 out of my wallet and proceeded to pay for our pizza. The Employee have me my change and my husband said excuse me Sir can I get our pizza please? He said yeah in about 20-30 mins. Lou and I looked at each other and then the Employee and said you're kidding right??? He said no we have to make them. (Oh yeah my husband had to tell them when he first walked in my wife called in our Order her name is Jennifer. Then he asked my husband what was your order again. So he told him again that's how they knew what we were getting and what to charge us). Needless to say I was super upset when I found out they never even took down or order when they finally answered the phone. Not to mention that during the time we are there waiting for our Pizza there was no one else there whenever we had arrived and 3 other ppl showed up after we paid and were waiting for our order to get done. We finally were able to leave at 9:30pm because apparently even after all that they didn't even make our's until they made the other orders that the other ppl came in and made.

I am not one to ever write reviews let alone a bad one but this was just ridiculous. The Employees were even hiding in the back so that they didn't have to talk to us about why it was taking so long to make our order. The only time they were out at the counter was when a customer came in. They were unprofessional, extremely rude about the whole thing and wouldn't even try to apologize to us. I will no longer be going to...

I Love the pizza and I would have never wrote this review badly except for the fact I ordered a extra most bestest and I wanted another extra most bestest but half of it only cheese so it had extra pep on one side and extra cheese on the other, and when the girl yelled back to have them make my pizza one of the kids in the back were super rude and started yelling saying “why did they say it like that, it’s just a half cheese half pep. People are such a pain” and he was super rude the way he said it. If you work taking people’s orders about their food you don’t tell them that they are wrong and they are a pain. The girl at the front counter just laughed and was listening to them more then me because she even got my order wrong. She only rang up one pizza and not two and didn’t offer a receipt either. They were so unperfesional and rude I couldn’t believe it. It honestly changed my whole option about coming to this store. I could get a bigger and cheaper pizza at Costco and at least deal with nice and respectful people. Won’t EVER be coming back here when they have people like this...
