I have been going here for 3 years and everything was great until today. I called in an order a wanton soup and an egg drop soup. I pick up my soups and go home to only find out my wonton soup is a miso soup. So I drive all the way back for the owner to correct my order. I thought this would be something extremely simple for her to do. But instead she argues with my daughter that it was my fault that I ordered a miso soup and wanted to charge me 1.50 extra for the wonton soup. I was not going to pay any more money after her arguing with my daughter over who was right and who was wrong. I know what I ordered I never ever order miso soup because I DO NOT LIKE MISO SOUP... I go in and ask for my money back and she tells me to come back tomorrow because she has to look for the receipt so I showed her the email from the transaction she still said I had to come back tomorrow I told no I'm not coming back tomorrow I'll wait. We wait for 20 minutes while she's taking care of her other customers then she's ready to look for the receipt to process my refund so we go up to the counter and she opens up her register and finds the receipt right away like it was the 3rd one out of how many receipts she had and as she was doing my refund she arguing with me that it's my fault that I ordered a miso soup. I've never in my life seen someone so old act so childish and especially after their own mistake a simple I'm sorry I'll fix this was all she had to do but that's was just too hard for her I told her I was not coming back here after her arguing with me about her mistake then she said thank you. She clearly needs to hire people to help her she's way too overwhelmed and messing up orders and blaming othe people and trying to tell them what they ordered. Her attitude has changed so much now that her restaurant is busy because I remember when this place was so empty and we would easily spend 10-15 talking. She needs to remember that restaurant is nothing without customers keep treating people this way and that restaurant will be...
Read moreI don't know where to start, besides with I was extremely embarrassed last night in front of my family and customers. We came in for dinner and there was one other person waiting for their dinner to go. My sister needed to use the bathroom, she went in and came out, I really needed to go next, at this point lady that was waiting for her food is now gone, but as I went to open the door I hear someone drying their hands, so I wait my turn, worker comes out of the bathroom and I head in to use it and came right back out and said to my sister's wife (with still no one in the restaurant still) "nope I'm good, I shouldn't have to flush after a full grown man" and I went and sat down to wait for our food with my family, at this point it picks up and people are coming in, another customer came in and he used the bathroom after your worker, then I went in and used it, come back to sit down, food's ready it comes out with along with three of the cooks in the back and the lady that runs the front, all debating with me who did or did not flush the toilet. The worker asked me am I sure that I didn't flush the toilet, yes I'm sure I told him since I didn't use the toilet. That that guy over there used it before me and then I used it, the guy that I'm talking about her can hear the conversation just like all the other customers that are coming in, and that customer himself said that he had to flush the toilet that there was piss in there. Last night was so embarrassing because dear front desk lady in the workers in the fact how to come out and confront me about the toilet that they didn't flush. To top it off I didn't even get a sorry when it was proved that your worker was the one that left piss in the toilet. The lady in the front and the workers just went to the back and they started arguing as customers were waiting to put their order in. Great food you get a lot for the price, but after last night the customer service and how you took it was not very...
Read moreI've never stopped in what I noticed is pretty popular in Washington state these Teriyaki Grill places. I am so happy I stopped in. Chose this place due to the Google reviews and as usual Google reviews doesn't let you down. Couldn't decide what to order thought I had a big appetite so I ordered chicken and beef teriyaki combo it was late in the day they didn't have steamed vegetables they didn't have salad so all I got was white rice chicken and beef. Total came to $17 and change. When I picked up the bag I immediately realized this was something, the weight of this bag was incredible I knew there was a lot of food in there. I don't know if you can tell from the picture but the beef and the chicken were layered on top of each other the rice was a very thin layer there was so much meat. And I would say the meat was delectable, the chicken was well grilled juicy yeah it wasn't the freshest but they kept it very well it was absolutely delicious. The beef wasn't your typical stringy or tough beef I was actually surprised at how soft this beef was. Now for the star the teriyaki sauce it was great, I wouldn't say the best I've had it is a lighter sauce thick but lighter in color but very tasty they also give you a little container on the side with sauce. Overall for $17 I could have eaten three full meals out of this. I will be back...
