I will not be back to this establishment, very rude workers! The lady at the counter was upset she didn’t have the change in the drawer asked if I had a smaller bill than a 20 dollar bill ?? What happened to customer service, I also asked for extra chips which I didn’t get the guy that was preparing our food when called my number I walked up and asked if I could have a salsa with great huff & puff he got one with the most rudest face I’ve seen, truly if your not happy in your job or wanting to server customers… Do the public a favor get a new job… unprofessional people at huis location… VERY SAD. It’s June 7 th my coworker wanted to get a beef soft burrito I walked in to this establishment again to see the sane rude worker( Trish) is the name on the name tag, I was told it would be a minute before I could order wait for this same rude worker to huff and uff as Tish approached the counter to take my order not only to fit me off mid sentence in ordering but too also have to audacity to ask if that was it again I said No it’s to go handed tish the 20 dollar bill to have my changed laid on the counter and my receipt pushed towards me…. I guess TISH has a problem with women!! I watched as I waited for the food to be prepared and a man approached the counter how her demeanor changed as in hello how May I help you …. As I watched she even went to the extent to try and punch in his Debt card numbers without any hesitation and than say politely it’s not working is there another card you have to use, I can only assure you TISH has No attitude nor huff puffy towards men but certainly has an issue with women. Maybe TISH NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED in customer service!!! I can only imagine what might the young woman feel there with TISH MRS ATTITUDEY JUDY I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT HAVE HER AS A WORKER IN MY...
Read moreI called before I arrived to make sure the dining room was open. When I arrived a guy took my order. He seemed agitated and was maybe having a bad day. I took a picture of the menu so I could post it with my review. He was giving me an evil stare and I showed him that I was just taking a picture of the menu and that he wasn't in it. Then I was about to take a picture of their dining room and he told me that they don't allow that. I said I usually try to put a picture on for the business. He said, "most establishments don't allow pictures!" Okay....weird...most businesses are happy to get pictures and reviews in my experience but whatever. I deleted the other pictures and will only post pictures of my food. Every single table was dirty. I think he was trying to smooth things over as he was following me around sweeping up the dining room and he said for me to move a table closed sign to another table and use one of the clean closed tables. I did, but I feel like he should have. That table wasn't clean either. It would have taken an employee about 3 minutes to hit all the tables with a rag. The food tasted good which is why this is 2 stars instead of 1. The name on the receipt was Kurt. A very off-putting individual. I do enjoy the food at taco time and will continue to frequent the...
Read moreMe and my coworker were berated by the front desk clerk for parking close to the building in our commercial truck (in regular parking spots, not in any handicap spots btw) at 4:45pm today when it was the two of us, and only one other person in the restaurant. The front clerk Nate gave me the classic "evil eye" and showed a typical young immature attitude (like slamming my drink cup down on the counter) when I and my coworker ordered because we didn't move our truck even with most of the parking lot for the whole retail complex wasn't open. So I suppose this location doesn't welcome commercial drivers and that is a-ok as my time being a customer of Taco Time is now over. I guess that's just the Northwestern attitude many people up here have warned me about I would have to adapt to vs the old Southern hospitality in regards to how petty and short people get on the most minor things. Its not like its the first time as a commercial driver I have had to deal with this...nor will it be the last. Oh well...there's plenty of other places to...
