Absolutely disgusting customer service capabilities. Before purchasing, I spoke with a gentleman over the phone named “Sonny” I believe, and was calling about a simple question as to why I can’t pick up SKU #: 615944592 on the weekend, that being Saturday. I had to repeat myself multiple times and explained to the gentleman multiple times to the point of frustration as to why I can’t pick it up on the dates that are “Available”. He tried to schedule dates that I had already told him that wouldn’t work, and never explained as to why I can’t simply pick up a piece of furnisher on Saturday March 1st. He said “We don’t have our March schedule yet” He put me on hold, came back still no answer. He simply would say “we could always reschedule it.” Dude what do you not understand about me having to work Monday-Friday; I can’t pick it up. How hard is that to understand? If you’re open on Saturdays, why can’t I PICK UP IT UP ON SATURDAYS? He was extremely rude with me for my frustration in his inability to understand. He proceeded to talk down to me as if I was a child and when asked for his name for the sheer unprofessionalism, yeah you guessed it, he hung up. Disgusted, I tried calling the store back MULTIPLE TIMES. Each time “Sonny” would ignore my call. Childish and absolutely disgusting. Will GLADLY spend my money somewhere else. To management, I’m incredibly shocked and saddened that your representative did absolutely nothing to defuse the situation. Yes I was frustrated and my tone showed as is with the gentleman, but I was still respectful and still referred to him as “Sir” the entire time. This happened on February 14, 2025 between 7:40pm-7:45pm.

Well, where can I start ? Since day one my bedroom set was delivered I had issues the chest was broken they took it back. The first headboard they delivered had glue all over the glass. The night stand had the paint peel, The mirror was damaged so more than 80% of the bedroom set had issues. They keep sending everything back and before they even deliver to my bedroom I inspected everything from their delivery truck and more than 2 times they didn't replace it because what they kept sending was more damage. They took over 1 month going back and sending products with manufacturing issues. Finally I was tired and told them to leave it alone. I want to return this bedroom set because regardless they almost have an issue or were damaged. They told me I only had 30 days to return and that I have 2 options: get $160 dollars on credit or go back to their store and choose another bedroom set. I don't like anything else they have. I called customer service and asked them to fix my headboard. The paint has been peeling since they delivered and they keep saying they can't do anything about it. What's the point of having a 1 year manufacturer warranty if they can fix it. I also purchased their extended warranty. I won't recommend more furniture to any of my friends, family or costumers. Last conversation I had with them was in the beginning of December. They said they were going to get back to me after almost a month and they have not bothered to call. The salesman Mell told me they had technician’s who can fix or replace my furniture. But they don’t.I have more photos and videos .

But a couple years after buying a couch from Mor, they have proven themselves to be the same as any large furniture store in that they won't stand behind their products. Ironically, this time we wanted to splurge and buy a more expensive set. The couch we bought was among their most expensive. Initially, it was great. It has sat in the same spot the entire time we have owned it. Meaning, no moves that could have damaged it. A couple years in and the side I sit on broke. The cheap particle board emerged highlighting the issue. Essentially, my butt is near the floor. Super uncomfortable as well. So we call the store, and of course the warranty just so conveniently (for them) ran out. That's fine, whatever. But when we asked for help getting a repair for the couch... Crickets. We are even willing to pay them for it. In an ideal world, they'd just fix it because they are actually proud of their products, but that is just a fantasy. So I would say, if you buy a couch from them, just know you are on your own if the cheaply made furniture breaks. The couch we bought from Craigslist prior to this one lasted over 5 years. Go figure.

But a couple years after buying a couch from Mor, they have proven themselves to be the same as any large furniture store in that they won't stand behind their products. Very disappointed in the quality of service on my recent purchase. I bought a bed frame on Memorial Day. The item needed to be shipped from the warehouse, which was fine. When I came to pick up my bed frame, they made me load it into my truck by myself, and it was very heavy. But worse than that was that the invoice said there were 5 items. They only have me 3 boxes. I questioned it and they told me everything was included within those 3 boxes. Got home to find out that I was missing the side boards. I had to drive all the way back to the store where they had the box sitting there. Went home with it. Removed everything from the boxes, and there was no hardware included so we couldn't assemble the bed. I stopped in for the 3rd time to ask for the hardware and all they could tell me was that they would have to get it from the warehouse...in 3 more days. So now, I will have to go back for a 4th time to finally get my simple bed frame order completed. I am so frustrated and quite disappointed with the service. The product quality is good, but that's the only positive thing I have to say about MOR Furniture in Marysville, WA.

Update: props to the Marysville store for hand delivering the hardware set to my home so we could finally assemble our new bed frame (even though the warehouse could have FedEx it straight to me).... However, the hardware set was messed up. Only had like 17 of the 39 screws needed, it had bolts with 2 different sizes for the allen wrench, but only provided 1 size allen wrench. I had to go to my neighbors house to bum some screws and an allen wrench that fit to complete the bed frame. Maybe it's because the warehouse sent hardware for a king bed instead of a queen. IDK,...

I was treated very poorly. I walked in and noticed an Alladin-looking dude in a funeral Suit spinning a chair. I wasn't sure if he worked there or not but he didn't greet me. I looked around and noticed another guy in a suit who ignored me. After 10 minutes a woman named Jodi came to me but her energy was like she was annoyed and that the other co-workers told her about me. Her energy was bad. I felt discriminated against them all( I am a black woman). After a bit with Jodi due to her seeing other customers come in and leaving me, I noticed a sofa I liked but she was busy helping others I noticed that her energy was different with them. Anyway, I saw a larger guy watching me look for her and trying the sofa but he didn't come to help me. So I looked at him and called him another. He hesitated and I hand gestured for him to come over. His energy was bad as well. After the brief questions I had for him, I sat back and watched all the employees greet everyone who walked in. All of them were white. I was about to walk out but was exhausted from looking around so I decided to hang out a bit. When Jodi came back to assist me, she was annoyed and I caught her roll her eyes. She pressured me Bout the sale ending tomorrow( which I have proof) and I just noticed the f king sofa is still the same price. I chose a the sofa with no help from none. I was reluctant to purchase because I didn't want to give them my business and they get commission. After being there for an hour plus and finally choosing the sofa. She Jodi finally offered me drink and popcorn. Her energy was still disgusting. Its like I did self check out. I feel they are racists and...

I rarely do reviews, but if I'm overly impressed with a business or an employee I will. This time it's both! Customer service and knowledge is hard to come by these days. We came in knowing what coffee table and end tables we wanted to buy and was pleasantly greeted by Sunny Ram. Explained to him it had woven baskets in it and we had seen it on their website, he knew exactly which model and led us right to it. We have never been into a Mor furniture store before and was really impressed with all the furniture they have on display and very well laid out and was very roomy. We inspected the quality of what we were interested in as well as other furniture on display. They carry quality wood furniture as I noted the use of quality plywood and glued dovetail joints in the drawers as compared to cheap particle board and nails that are often used. The furniture itself is made from solid wood and not a thin wood veneer finish with MDF underneath that won't hold up over time. Yes, I'm a wood worker and notice these important details and understand you get what you pay for. We noticed they had the same entertainment center for TV and stereo that exactly matched the coffee table we wanted and would make a nice living room set. We mentioned to Sunny Ram that we needed to go home and think about it and got some quick measurements to size it all out. We came back and purchased the whole set. Enjoyed the no pressure sale and good time talking with Sunny and the rest of the team at Mor furniture. If you are in the market for furniture or a bed this place should be top on your list, there is not much out there that comes close. Thank you Sunny and the rest...
