Tl;dr - Olympia serves a pretty good pizza with generous amounts of average-quality toppings, although it's ultimately brought down a peg by a lackluster crust.

I went into Olympia Pizza & Pasta Italian expecting something like what's served at Snohomish County's other Greco-Italian restaurants (e.g. Contos, Sparta's, Avanti, etc.). I was surprised to find that, at least as far as the pizza, Olympia's doing their own thing and are pretty clearly different. It's good, but it doesn't quite make it to great.

A pizza's sauce is the most important element in my opinion and Olympia's is good. It's aggressively seasoned and very garlic and oregano forward. I'd have liked a little more sweetness but wasn't disappointed at all.

The pizza I got was weighty with toppings, especially cheese. I definitely got my money's worth. I'd have preferred better quality meat toppings, however. They were pretty run-of-the-mill and nothing really stood out as particularly flavorful.

The crust was a bit of a disappointment, however. It was very bready with little flavor other than a subtle burnt taste, although the crust was absolutely not burnt--even a little. It wasn't enough to ruin the pizza or anything, but it was definitely what I liked least about Olympia's pie.

Prices are typical for the area and, because of the amount of food I received (couldn't finish the leftovers in three days), I feel like I got very good value for my money. Service over the phone and at the counter was friendly, professional, and quick and the whole takeout experience was good.

As this was my first visit, I'm not ready to jump to conclusions about Olympia. I'll undoubtedly be back, but, for now, I'm not unusually eager to do so. I enjoyed my meal, but I hope things improve a...

Being an aspiring chef I’m incredibly picky about my food. In short I have to give this very high remarks. For the price and style of the restaurant the flavor is incredible. The ingredients are wholesome and the cookware is seasoned back to the 1970s. You can not buy that type of rustic flavor. We ordered the Chianti wine, garlic bread with a marinara and Alfredo sauce, cannelloni, and a pizza. The pizzas on the menu are fine for typical American pallets so we did a make your own with Italian sausage, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and olives. The garlic bread was cooked perfectly but to my taste it was light on garlic. This was made up for by the Alfredo dipping sauce. The marinara, for restaurant standards, was great. But. The Alfredo sauce was made to order, with perfect balances of garlic, Parmesan, lemon, and dairy. I can not express enough how insanely wonderful the Alfredo sauce is. When expressing issues we had with flavors and textures we were informed that each of those preferences can be addressed when ordering and the food will be made exactly to order. That is indicative of made to order food not premade stuff reheated upon order. The only “complaint”, though it barely qualifs as such, is that the ambiance is lacking. By far the best non “fancy” or “gourmet” restaurant I have been to...

I went here for dinner with my parents after my daughter's belt test at USTA Martial Arts. I have eaten here several times before and have always enjoyed the food. After turning in our drink order, we see my daughter's instructor come in and start talking to the owner. He was trying to respectfully apologize to the owner for the Taekwondo students that were parking in the restaurants parking lot, promising to bring it to their attention that they can't park there. The owner started yelling at the instructor, being completely disrespectful in front of the whole restaurant. Very Unprofessional of the owner. Especially when the instructor was being more than respectful trying to resolve the situation and apologize for something that wasn't even his fault. The instructor tried to end the conversation multiple times, but the owner would just stay yelling at him again. I would not have had the self restraint to stand there like the instructor did as long as he did. My parents and I finally had enough and cancelled our drink order and walked out. We will not be back unless and until the owner apologizes to the instructor for his classless, unprofessional rude behavior in front of all the patterns in the restaurant-all 3...

Old school pizza place, clean and friendly. The food is well made and cooked. It also fits the vibe of '70s pizza joint. Nothing stands out flavor-wise. Sauce was 'tomatoey' without being overly spiced/sweet. Meats were decent, nothing spicy tho. Wanted some heat (like jalapenos or good spicy sausage) but, like the 70s, not a thing. Crust was std med (saw no options) and it had good tooth and a bit of crunch. Her grinder sandwich was decent (toasty hoagie roll, not french bread tho), the meat lovers pizza good example of the era. Pros: hot, fresh food, friendly staff, good spacing between occupied tables, prompt service, clean tho dated interior. Cons: customers were all masked. None of the staff (ALL look to be family) had a mask anywhere in sight. Our wait staff was very friendly and didn't crowd our table which was nice if not going to be masked up. Nothing spicy available for the pizza, even the pepper flakes were mild. Overall, it seems very much like time (and taste buds) haven't changed much since they opened. This can be a good thing as you know they aren't trying to be trendy.

We've lived in the area for 7 years and I've noticed the place from the highway but we've never stopped. We decided to try it and I'm glad we did. Plenty of free parking available. The building is older but clean. The staff are friendly and professional. The food is fantastic! I'm a picky person when it comes to fries. These are really good, it's obvious that the oil is fresh because they are light, crispy and perfect. The salad was also fresh and crisp. Husband had ribs and pasta and really enjoyed his dish. I had the meatball grinder which I really enjoyed because besides being good, the meatballs were sliced, making the sandwich much more manageable. They also serve Coke products so that's bonus points in my book! 😂. We will definitely not wait so long to come back.

This place is tuck in I didn't know that it's there. The pizza is good but very greasy. We order a pick up and I ask a couple different pizza medium and large and 2 different toppings the lady that answer the phone was snippy. Then I got there she approached me the blonde long hair. I said that I have a pick up and if they have coupon with the apps Slice. She answered we dont do that does add are expensive and we are a Gourmet Pizza place! So I looked around and I said but the place is empty:) she said they left were busy 10 mins ago. They clean the place pretty fast then hhmm okay thinking.
