I always have the worst experience here at this location, I only go when in DIRE STRAIGHTS for food.
My last visit was for ONE SINGLE EGG MCMUFFIN. It was not particularly just but the line for drive through was about 6 cars so I decided to go in to order. 3 people waiting for food, 2 in line plus me.
I waited for THIRTEEN MINUTES (I checked at my receipt time) before I demanded a refund and left. I was then late for my appointment i was heading to. So upset. It was 10:30 am. I counted, they served over 10 vehicles in drive through during my wait inside for one single sandwich. Several people were on staff on that Thursday morning. This has happened many times before.
Funny thing? I drove to the McD's in Marysville tight off the freeway in Marysville (don't know the location hut by the Wendy's and Taco Time) and they got me my sandwich in less than 45 seconds from pull up to pull out. I thanked them so much. I will patronage them exclusively from here in out, or get my breakfast from Starbucks if I need a breakfast item in the future in Smokey Point.
Good riddance. Priority to drive through and cast aside the people in restaurant? I even asked twice and said I was running late to a very important, EXPENSIVE medical appointment but I have to eat regularly for my health reasons and could NOT skip breakfast before this long medical appointment.
Shame on you. The service was rude even when I politely asked about my food and pointed out the rush to drive through and delay to people in the restaurant. The others waiting were also very upset as well.
CHANGE YOUR PRACTICES! I wish I could give no stars. This is just the tip of so, so many horrid experiences I have had with this location over the 3 years I've had in the years I've lived back in the area. I keep trying to give it another shot time to time and it's either bad food, bad customer service, bad service times, etc. Get it together guys. Sadly I won't be around to patronage to see if it ever happens.

However blatant bigotry is a whole different story. So first I hit McDonald's at least once a week for my staff or a car mate because we commute from Seattle. (Just for the record I direct a local LGBTQ and people of diversity Arts Program in Seattle it's a passion of mine) So after the 3rd incident I've decided to write a review. The same employee loves to talk down to me and my crew, the employee said to another employee (after I ordered decaf due to a heart condition and told them that) just give him the regular coffee it's not like he's going to have a heart attack here, after I asked very politely for decaf coffee. After hearing that from my seat while waiting for it to brew, I stepped up and asked her if what I heard was correct she stated "Yes and" then she rolled her eyes in front of my staff and said something to her staff in Spanish when another employ of McDonald's said I'm so sorry for her that was totally inappropriate but she's a manager. When I asked what she said she valued her job and would not repeat it. Two days ago was the last straw with this employee. While going through the drive through I asked for ketchup at 5:30a in the morning for 1 hash brown. She handed me over 20 packs of ketchup, I said " I only need one thank you this is way to much." She stated "You touched it I'm not taking it back it's been in your hands, just throw it on the ground I don't want it back. " I was told by employee to litter and leave. People like this need to realise computer will take there jobs and there only there for customer service. Whatever this employee problem is, they shouldn't take out on people they don't know. One of the worst experiences you can ever have is to visit the drive thru @ the McDonald's @ 9720 State Street in Marysville, Washington. Aside from the tasty processed food that McDonald's is world famous for on all other categories, there is no option for a 0 as the ratings give them a 1 they don't deserve that!!! It is my job to pick up food as quickly as I can to get it to the customer. These people @ Mcdonalds haven't got a clue. They always complain to me about sorry about the 1-1/2 hrs wait but we're down employees were! With 3 cars in line! ARE U FRIGGEN KIDDING ME!! That's not my problem? A drive thru is for quickness, not slowness. As they're rude and very slow, there were 3 cars ahead of me and it took a 1-1/2 hrs to get up to the window in an hour and a 1-1/2, I could have 6 deliveries done I elected to go to this McDonald's because my app said McDonald's because I was close and I accepted it I should've said no but once u accept an offer it looks bad if u turn it down and goes against your ratings but I tend not to go to this McDonald's because of there slowness in the drive thru and when I DoorDash there the people are Rude. The lines are extremely slow, and if you're stuck in the middle and wondering what's going on, yeah, you're going to have to stay there because you're stuck. My advice is to try another McDonald's. Don't go here slowness, 24/7. Also, they claim to be open 24 hours. They're open whenever they wanna be. They close when they want to be, so when you're thinking this McDonald's is 24 hours, well, NO THEY'RE NOT they close whenever they feel like it Heed My Warning!!
