Id like to take the time to call this place out on their portioning of my meal and also the management that couldn’t face a problem right in front of them and fixing it. I ordered a simple dish to go, chicken teriyaki and no drink. At first I was iffy with the price but I figured, since it was 13.99 plus tax I kinda assumed that I was getting a real good portion of rice, chicken and salad. But that wasn’t the case and instead I got about half the price portioning in my opinion. I got my order and left to where I needed to be and noticed the portioning was all off. I called up the place and the front desk young lady was very nice and patient w me and the guy was also but this is where the management needs work. The manger insisted that they had everything correct and that there was no issue and etc. they asked me to bring my food back just so they can “LOOK” at it. So I did and when I took it to them the front guy just looked at the food and said yea that’s correct. And apologizes for ME THINKING I WAS GOING TO GET A 13.99 WELL PORTIONED CHICKEN TERIYAKI PLATE. so anyways, they told me I couldn’t get a refund, I couldn’t get more portioning and insisted that my food was correct, the picture I provided is what I got. HALF A ENTREE SIDE OF CHICKEN. FOR 13.99+TAX. = 15.14! INSANE FOR WHAT I GOT!!!! The young lady and young man helped a little bit with the situation by offering me a drink. I told them that that was nice of them. The whole time I didn’t talk to any manager, which is insane because they are the ones who are suppose to fix whatever they can for the customer.

I ate here with a friend of mine who goes to school at UT Arlington. Let me first say how impressed I was at the ambience and the cost of the food. It was good to know the food appeals to the middle class. My friend ordered a meat lovers pho and I ordered two appetizers, the shrimp wonton and spring rolls. I also ordered a boba tea. The food was delicious, although not what I typify as Vietnamese food. It tastes more like a bistro-fusion mix. For the cost, this place is worth going to again. Overall, I like this place, but don't go here for "authentic" taste. It simply would leave you disappointed.

The place and staff are nice! The food is delicious and made in the typical vietnamese fashion. Their phos are where it is at. !!The pho deluxe. It had some great flavors with good deep umami. I recommend you get the deluxe because of the various meats and fats added to deepen the broth. The house vermicelli. It was a refreshing meal with a good balance of noodles, proteins, and veggies. I would have liked an egg roll but no biggie. DO Add the fish sauce to kick it up a notch. The spring rolls were alright. It was typical in how it was constructed. You can't go wrong with it. Fyi. Wait to be seated.

Came back to sprouts after moving away from the area after 4 years and I'm sad to say this was the worst experience I have ever had eating pho. Our server Omar was an absolute mess. We ordered 2 orders of spring rolls and watched for 7.5 mins as our prepped food sat on the counter as our server Omar walked back and fourth looking at the food, picking up the itemized receipt of our order looked at us and put it down and walked away. Multiple servers did this. Needless to say, we had to ask for them to bring our food out to our table. It took about 20 mins to receive our luke-warm pho, as the 2 tables in front of us and behind us sat down and received there meals before us, even though they were both seated approximately 13 mins after we had been seated and ordered. After letting Omar know that our pho wasn't hot he argued with us rather than just resolving the matter. Then he started making excuses about being busy with all of his tables ( he had one other table with 8 ppl seated). Now, I don't expect good service when I go eat at a pho restaurant but I do expect my food in a quick manner. Myself and my guest both are in customer service. I am a service advisor at an upscale very fast pace car dealership and my guest is a server at a restaurant. Omar's demeanor and the way that he handled the situation was absolutely unprofessional and because of him I will never be returning to...

I have been coming here for 2 years on a nearly weekly basis. After tonight, my family and I will never return. The food is awesome, but the shorter woman at the front counter needs an attitude check.

I wish the best to the servers here as they are always so nice. This place lost a group of customers for life due to a poor attitude and an hour and a half wait for to-go food (to be honest, ordering to-go has always been a nightmare here, however, yet again, the food is great and the people are always awesome).

Also, you read that right, an hour and a half wait. Called in 45 minutes before we arrived, and still waited another 44 minutes after we arrived to pick up our food.

When I stated that we had called our order in nearly an hour before, the woman at the front stated we hadn't and had actually only placed it 14 minutes before. I disagreed and began to pull the call record up on my phone when she cut me off and told me "It isn't ready, so we will let you know when it is."

Inflection and tone are everything in the restaurant business, having been in the industry for 10 years. I would NEVER speak to a customer that way. I suppose my expectations are simply too high with other restaurants. I digress, my business is was not truly valued, so I will gladly take my friends and family somewhere it is...
