I ate here a couple of hours ago with my Mom and her boyfriend for a belated birthday dinner for me, I had the Chicken Katsu dinner bento box, make sure you come here on an empty stomach, my bento box had so much food it was kind of insane i n the best way, it came with a house salad, vegetable tempura, shrimp tempura, a California roll, wontons, steamed rice and, of course Katsu Chicken. Our waitress and the cooks did an amazing job, my Mom’s boyfriend had some dietary restrictions that they accommodated without any issues and the waitress was very kind and patient with us and questions about certain dishes, the only complaint I had about our experience, was the lady standing at the counter, I might be overthinking it, but I think she was staring at us and it was making me a little uncomfortable, I got over it after a while but she really shouldn’t have been doing that in the first place, but besides that, the whole experience was great, when you come here you can expect kind and accommodating service and delicious high...
Read moreI’m giving this place 4 stars solely off of their food. It is DEVINE!! Delicious, fresh, and so many flavors!! I gotta say, this place has THE most sushi and sashimi selections of any other sushi place I’ve ever been to.
Now, I would have given this place a 5 star rating, had the customer service matched the quality of the food here. We had to flag the waiter down every time we needed a drink refill or anything, really. He was too busy playing on his phone rather than attending to guests. The host even had to get his attention cause he saw us just staring this guy down and he was just so oblivious, haha!
And lastly, the place smells. Not terrible.. but no one wants to smell even a hint of sewage while they eat.
The food really does make up for ALL of that, though. It really does. Hands down my favorite...
