Wendy's — Restaurant in Arlington

My kiddos and I eat at this location regularly and for the past few months we've not had good experiences so we stopped going. We decided to go tonight(8-16-25) and unfortunately nothing has changed, we was still met with rudeness, and attitude acting like we interrupted them at work when pulled up to their drive thru, as you can see in the picture they put old chicken on my salad. On another note We have food allergies so I have to watch how I order, each time we've gone i make sure to tell them what not to put on our food and yet every time we still had to get back in line because they made 1 or 2 items wrong. It's like this location and the one on South Cooper near sublett road are competing to see who can be the rudest, and can give the worse food, I guess we'll have to try another location. I just don't get why these kind of people get in the service industry who either have no idea how to provide service and what's even worse they...

The was the dirtiest and slowest Wendy's ever. I stood in line and finally placed my order. Got a number 6 spicy chicken with Caesar side salad. and upgrade to large drink. The cashier charged me for the combo and I paid for the 99 cent up charge for a large pop. She charged my $1.69 for my salad and argued with me about it. I paid extra for a salad that should be an option not an additional charge. There was trash all over the POP station and half the options were not available. Service was rude !!! I will not ever go to this location again. And I highly recommend anyone else doesn't either your time is way more valuable. So I'm trying to figure out. How the H E DOUBLE Hockey sticks. This place has a 3.9 rating. People standing in the window like we straight south side hood or something. Look at all these reviews you'll be happy to know. Ain't nothing changed still HORRIBLE SERVICE. You order food and pay with your hard earned money to get crappie food and service fries been In the warmer all night burgers the same. Ordered extra nuggets didn't get them. Then whats worse is you hate to go back and complain cause ain't no telling what they will do or what you will get and they dont care they got your money. Smh never...
