Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Arnold Township

No lie, I'm not one to typically leave reviews whether good or bad- maybe it's my mood, maybe it's the inconvenience, but this is what it is. Placed an order over the app. You know, where you can literally list who what is for. Which I discovered was entirely ignored upon picking up our order. Got to the car. We ordered 4 items. Two jalapeño Wraps, a sandwich, and a Thai chicken wrap. Upon getting to the car, I see only 3 of our 4 items in the bag handed to us. My partner goes back inside to ask us for the Thai Chicken wrap we payed for. Clearly, only 3 of 4 items in the bag. The staff proceeds to state to my partner "well we remember making it. So can you just unwrap EVERYTHING and show us it isn't there?" Though the items we had were labeled as what they were (not who for).. so why? To which- SHOCKER, it wasn't there. The reason we selected Jimmy Johns is that the sandwiches and Wraps I've experienced at the OFALLON

In my opinion good ingredients speed don’t make up for lack of effort and attention to detail. Ordered my sandwich without ham. It came with ham on it and the tomatoes were unripe and green. It’s not a huge deal to pick that stuff off but it’s harder to disassemble and reassemble your sandwich while driving.

Update 10/2023:

Asked them to add pickles to a sandwich and an employee from across the kitchen yelled at me to say no that wasn’t an option. I asked to buy a side of pickles for my kids sandwich and was yelled at again by the same guy that I was being difficult. He told me I was being rude for holding up the line during his lunch rush. I feel bad for the lady that was actually being nice and trying help me. And freaky fast…...

Just letting everyone know that I in fact did not visit jimmy johns, nor have I ever had any food from there, but me and my son did get some ice cream next door at stone cold creamery. Anyway, I had to map the location to stone cold and as I arrived I was confused because alls I seen was the jimmy johns sign and thought Google had made an error on the maps but drove around building and had found stone cold. So in case someone makes that mistake as well hopefully you’ll find this review ahead of time. Stone cold creamery cold was excellent and the woman who helped us made me feel comfortable and...
