Very disappointed in the service tonight I've been a waitress for 10 years so understand being busy, messing up orders, ect but kristen was really bad. Maybe a new server? Took about 15 minutes for drinks not a big deal then we immiatly ordered another 20 for salad and bread still not a big deal 20 minutes later our food came out perfect timing .. when the food came out we placed a Togo order for a pasta and a meatball appetizer with an extra sauage and asked for a side of ranch for the pizza she didnt come back to check on us untill we were taking our last bites with the side of ranch after I had already got up n asked another server for ranch which I hate to do. By then we said we were ready for boxes and the check and togo food whenever it was ready. When she finally came out with the togo food and bill id say another 20 minutes we luckly checked the togo food and was missing the sausge link we ordered a bit annoyed I told her I thought it was missing and she went back to check came back a but later said itd be right up they're already made. Were like cool no problem 10 minutes later she came back saying itd be a few minutes heres the new bill for the sausage it was her fault she just memoed it instead of ringing it in and offered the birthday dessert to my step dad since we had mentioned it was his birthday at the beginning of the meal we relpyed yes if we could get it togo we needed to leave since we had already been there by now almost 2 hours... still like ok I understand maybe shes busy we did see another one of her tables looking around for her as well.. when she came back with our credit card and the cheese cake togo .. without the strawberries no big deal we were deffinatly not going to big that to her attention. Strawberries were not a necessity a few minutes later we got the extra sausge link we had been waiting on thanked her told her to have a good night and still tipped her 20 percent as I said I was a waitress for 10 years. Got home checked the togo sauage it...

A smidge of understanding me dining at the Pasta House, where I was fortunate enough to be served by the exceptional waitress, Karen . From the moment we were seated, Karen exuded warmth and professionalism, making our dining experience truly memorable.

Karen’s attentiveness and genuine care for her customers were evident throughout our meal. She took the time to explain the menu options in detail, providing insightful recommendations tailored to our preferences. Her knowledge of the dishes and ingredients showcased her dedication to ensuring that every guest's culinary journey was nothing short of delightful.

Beyond her exemplary service, Karen infectious smile and positive energy created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced our dining experience. Despite a bustling afternoon , she never once faltered in her composure, managing multiple tables with grace and efficiency.

What truly set Karen’s apart was her ability to anticipate our needs before we even realized them ourselves. From timely refills of our drinks to ensuring that each course was served with precision, she consistently exceeded our expectations.

In addition to her outstanding service, Karen’s genuine kindness and personable demeanor left a lasting impression on us. She went above and beyond to ensure that we felt valued and appreciated as guests, embodying the epitome of hospitality.

In conclusion, Karen’s exceptional service at the Pasta House elevated our dining experience to new heights. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine warmth truly made our visit unforgettable. Without a doubt, Karen’s is an valuable asset to the restaurant, and I look forward to returning soon to experience her impeccable...

Honest truth? I ❤ PH & this experience SUCKED. Salads came... so over-soaked with dressing. Food came & daughter's was cold. Then cold again AND the white sauce was the consistency of water. She said never mind... salad only. After all that, the waitress turned into a &*$/ even tho we made it abundantly clear, that we didn't hold HER responsible for the kitchen issues.

Update from 1☆ to 3☆: attended a seminar that included dinner. Everything was very tasty... though my white sauce option was STILL the consistency of milk. Brought it home & doctored/thickened it up...yum!

I REALLY typically LOVE PH. I KNOW they've potential to improve back to what they used to be. Safest bet is to order salad...& Mt Vesuvius chicken! Loved their Carbonara at one point.... until they fix their white sauce...no more!

UPDATE AGAIN 8/18/22 !!! 1⭐ to 3⭐ to 4.5⭐ PH obviously listens!!!! Birthday celebration! Our waitress was BOMB DIGGITY!!!! BOMB DIGGITY ON STEROIDS!!!! White sauce is STILL too thin...penne noodles were definitely over cooked, BUT...our waitress made things so amazing, that everything else just didn't matter. :) Salads were PERFECT. Waitress suggestions were SPOT ON. Daughters pasta was AMAZING.

I LOVE♥️ MY PH...

Service was not up to par, but it was kind of busy, but not that busy to wait almost 30 mins for a refill on water. Food was awful. The "chefs" need some serious training on how to properly plate food, you don't plate 2 different sauces on the same plate. I had gnats flying all around my plate, my pasta was undercooked and chewy, the chicken flamingo was burnt, I had to spit my second bite out because it was so bad. The only reason there was a second bite, was because the first one was the end piece of the breast so it's thinner and cooks faster than the thicker parts of the breast, so I gave it another try, nope burnt tasting still. My son ordered the spaghetti and his noodles were also undercooked and the marinara was watery and bland. The only thing that was worth eating was the salad. Our server came over and asked about the food, I told her, she went and told the manager, who then came over and was rude to me when I explained to him what was wrong. He acted like I was a total inconvenience to him for even breathing. This was a terrible experience, and I do not reccomened this place at all.

Overall a pretty terrible experience. The wait for our food was long, over 30min, probably closer to 45min, and the restaurant was not busy. I got a chicken pesto with red sauce meal and could not taste any pesto. The chicken was inedible, which was a first for me in any chicken-eating situation. It was like trying to eat cardboard, flat and sinewy and tasted like it had been cooked, frozen, and then reheated another 5 times and then left to sit out for many hours. I was glad that the pasta at least tasted good. I also got cannoli, which I found was less than half-filled. I left the restaurant feeling disappointed at how much I spent given the poor quality, and wishing I had just cooked at home. The others at my table did have edible food, but also felt the general quality was lacking.

Ordered “baked” Mostaccioli with a family deal for pick up. Which is suppose to include cheese and ya know, actually baking the pasta. They charge you an extra $4 for this. The wife brings home the order and alas, it hasn’t been baked. Call the restaurant. Nice hostess answers but cannot offer a solution. Placed on hold for a manager. After 10 minutes, you save your fight for another day and hang up. End of the world? Of course not. But, it’s the attention to detail that matters. Now, I knew better. Damnit I knew better than to order from Pasta House but we’re working, busy parents and here we are. Better yet, here they are. Living up to a reputation of crappy service and not giving a crap.
