My husband and I visited this location and orderd 3 tacos, a steak Quesadilla, and chips & queso. I asked for guacamole on the side. Amber put a tiny bit in 1 container filling it about a third of the way and when I asked for more she flipped out on me telling me that if I want more I have to pay for it because a couple little cups makes a big cup and the big cup you have to pay for. That doesn't even make sense. You should get guacamole with each entree. She was just about jumping over the counter at me, waving her arms and pointing in my face calling me multiple curse words. We spent $30 on food and we should be able to get a guacamole for my meal, one for the tacos and one for the chips & queso. That would be at least 3 little cups. She partially filled the cup with a tiny scoop and said that was all we get. I asked for her name and she TOTALLY LOAT HER MIND. She was yelling at us and cussing at us and said I always do this to her. I have only seen her there 1 other time and she acted the same way when I asked for guacamole for all of my entrees. She is definitely unstable to say the least. She kicked us out and called the cops on us before I even had been given my food so we were unable to even start eating our food. She said this other lady there with her was her boss Kelsie. I tried asking Kelsie about the whole situation because she was apparently Ambers boss and she refused to answer any questions I had about how much guacamole you get and if you get a little cup with each entree or if you purchase 3 entrees you have to pay for all your guacamole. She said this was all Amber. The whole thing was CRAZY!! I did tell her to F off because she was screaming in my face and all I wanted was guacamole for my meal. Anyway, we will never step foot in a Qdoba again due to this. You should really evaluate her behavior because this is going to be a huge issue when she finally does actually attack a customer...
Read moreI've been to the Arnold Commons location a few times simply for convenience sake and it's never been great but tolerable. Today it was NOT. Silly me thought you had to order in the app to get rewards points (fyi you dont, theres a QR code in the app as it turns out) so I put it in and asked for extra of rice, beans, shredded cheese, sour cream, and the little crispy chips cuz in the past they REALLY skimped on it when I made it regular and it's free. I WOULD have asked for extra of the liquid white cheese but its not an option in the app which is ridiculous, I'd even be willing to pay a little extra. Once again, even though my order specified extra, they skimped! On top of that my steak was 80% gristle which is just nasty. And for the trifecta? My food was COLD! I couldn't even finish it. I will NEVER go back to this location again.
I've never had downright issues with the employees, just usually they are more focussed on their conversations amongst each other than they are the customer, annoying, but whatever. Today though? No, if you can't read a simple order and follow it then find a job you can do. I paid way too much for my meal to throw it out a 3rd of the way eaten.
Didn't notice anything bad about the atmosphere, they weren't busy so it wasn't loud or dirty or anything so went with neutral.
*BTW there was no cutlery or napkins in my TO-GO order??!

Read moreI'm attending a holiday party this evening, thought chips and queso would be a great party pleaser. I placed my order through the app, paid and set pick up for 430pm. I arrived at the restaurant, provided my name, only to be told my order was already picked up. I said that's impossible as I'm here and I haven't picked up my order. At that point the young lady says she needs to speak with her manager. As I am waiting, I asked the two guys working if they asked for the confirmation number, the answer was no. One of them proceeded to tell me people steal online orders all the time. The manager comes out to tell me they are going to replace my order. I sure hope so considering i paid for it and I hadn't picked it up. She also tells me, they only had one online order with my name and this never happens. Pretty much felt like i was being accused of stealing an online order that I paid for and never picked up. I will say the food is delicious the reason I placed an order. However the accusations for the manager was ridiculous. A little pointer for management, if large orders are kept behind the counter as the manager states, request to see the order confirmation before you let another customer walk out the door with someone else's order.
