I just had surgery giving birth to my new born, I cant leave the house and ordered panera as I usually did before I moved to this new neighborhood. Everyone else in the neighborhood is nice and cheerful...until this place.
On the app I ordered a family feast as shown in my screenshot. As you can see the Roasted Avocado sandwich does not say its a BLT. If it did Inwould not have ordered it as we are allergic to pork and we also now have pre eclampsia due to child birth which means if I eat pork and it spikes my blood pressure it could be life threatening for me.
I called the store about this issue and was told I'd have to go up to the store for them to remake the sandwich. I explained I just had my baby and can't leave which is why I ordered delivery. I was originally told by the assistant manager that the store manager was not in. After telling her why I cant come into the store she put me on hold for about 5 mins and got back in the line. Turns out I was talking to the Manager after the wait and she didn't tell me it was a different person and that she didn't have any drivers who could make deliveries. She told me I could have edited the sandwich on the app and I explained that I cant do that on family feast you can only select the sandwiches. She disagreed with me and refused to help me resolve the issue.
I have been using panera for ages and have never experienced this service. Originally the service was great until the Manager choose not to handle this issue. The driver was sure to follow directions as written on receipt which is why I gave at least 2 stars.
Other store Managers apologize and send the corrected order with all kinds of peace offerings to show their gratitude and keep you coming back.
Just as others have said management has lost its customer service at this location and I will be putting in a Cooperate...
Read moreLet me start off by saying the staff is friendly. However in the last few months that's been the ONLY thing nice about this location. Management seems to be only about profits and definitely not about customer service or customer satisfaction.
I've had a few instances in the last several months when I thought about writing a review because they substituted something in my order without asking, shorted me an item or canceled something without notifying me and not realizing until after I had left.
But today's instance warranted what should've been done a few months ago to inform others the Arnold location has went dramatically down hill. Don't waste your time or money here.
As a loyal customer, I use the Panera app often when placing my order for pickup. I placed an order for Father's Day breakfast on 06/18/22, 26 hours in advance to ensure what I needed was available when I arrived. This morning 06/19/22, I received a voice-mail from Elise telling me my order I placed yesterday for pick-up today has been canceled. The reason.... they have no working ovens at the Arnold location, haven't had working ovens for the last 2 months and won't have working ovens for another 2 months. Yep you guessed it, everything you order at this location is nuked or brought in from the South County location.
How is it that a Panera restaurant can operate a store with no working ovens for at least 4 months? If I want a glorified microwave sandwich, I'll get...

Went there a few weeks ago to pick up an online order, and they didn't put one of the sandwiches in there, and didn't give me the bread bowl I ordered, the soup I ordered was less than half full and only a cup size instead of a bowl... they also didn't put the pastries I ordered in there either, and forgot my drink. when I got to my car I had realized they forgot my drink and the order was way messed up so I tried to go back in and they locked the door (it was a few minutes before close so I understood). So I started knocking on the door and window, AND THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. I thought it was an accident that they messed up the order, but it was because they wanted to go home. I ordered my stuff before 8:30 pm so that is no excuse. Then on top of that, I get home and open up my Flatbread and it was COMPLETELY STUCK TO THE LID... I had to rip it off and it was just a mangled mess and all the cheese was stuck to the lid. I honestly couldn't believe it. I spent over $60 that night and ended up eating NOTHING. Wish I would've gotten the names of the employees, because the sheer audacity they had to blatantly ignore me was beyond rude. I tried calling the next day and ended up being hung up on before I could even speak to a manager....
