Consumer Cellular — Local services in Arnold Township

My Drive to this store was a 160 mile round trip specifically to go to this location, recommended by a good Friend, and it was well worth the drive and time, my experience there was of the upmost best customer service experience, from the time I walked in and was greeted immediately, and informed they were with other customers, offered coffee and service, and while it was a short wait, they continued to interact at times that they were going to take care for me, Extremely impressed and appreciated, that day I changed from the same basic company I had started with in 1990 same service and number ended 2024 and moved to Consumer Cellular, and it's been a couple weeks and I honestly believe I am getting better service in our very rural area in SEMO, Thanks...

Hi ,my name is Tim and my better half is Sarah. Consumer Cell has been great over the years,but recently Sarah got her phone smashed. She used mine to replace hers through the ins that she pays on her account. Arnold's Consumer Cell employees said she had no insurance and so did,I think it's (asurance). They also told her there was nothing they could do EVEN if she came to the store because she has no computer, hasn't an extra phone laying around,and she was calling from my phone ,so that couldn't work. The not being able to help her in person is what got me and she dose have insurance. So whatch for this unseen behavior. Not necessarily Consumer Cell ,but for sure Arnold Consumer Cell ! Fabulous, exceptional service. I was greeted and taken care of by Caleb. He was extremely friendly and professional. He explained everything in great detail as to what he was doing to change my current phone and service from Verizon to Consumer Cellular. Caleb was very knowledgeable about everything necessary to make my switch to consumer cellar quick and easy and helped me with some items I would need for my new phone. Caleb transferred everything from my old phone over to my new phone in a matter of minutes. He was top notch with a great personality.
