I'll give their food âââââ. Their service and how the owner/manager run the whole thing would be â... or maybe none. The owner/manager is the small lady with a boy cut hair style and her hair is all white. She shouts at all her staff. I could tell it's some sort of harrassment. Why? I used to work for a Chinese company and their work culture is not as great as an American culture that values its workers. Last Sunday (10/03/2021), I ordered over the phone for pickup for our lunch. I was told that the wait would be 10-15 minutes. So to play safe, I gave them about 20-25 minutes. When I got there, the lobby where people wait for their orders got so packed. I would say there is about 20-30 people in there and no social distancing. I had to wait for my order for another 20 minutes. The owner is packing all the pickup orders and whenever she would shout, she pulls down her mask. I feel sorry for the workers their and I can tell that only few individuals stay there to work. I think only her family members last there to work because it's family business. I'll never order here again because of...
Read moreThis spot was recommended to me from a friend whose opinion I trust, and boy, did he come through with a good one! This is very authentic Chinese food. On this day, we were on the hunt for dim sum, so we decided to pop in. They have cart service and two different carts with varieties of food. There's a cart with fried and baked items and veggies. The other cart is loaded down with steamed items. Warning to folks that are new to dim sum, go slow, and treat this like a marathon. Otherwise, your eyes will be much larger than your stomach, and you'll order too much. Select boldy and try things you might never think you'd like. The food is quality, so there are lots of options for everyone. If you have dietary restrictions, there are a lot of options, just be sure to ask the servers. We enjoyed more fried than steamed items this visit. The big surprise to me was they have a very large menu and dim sum isn't even on it! We'll be back to try the soups, chicken, pork, beef, and shrimp dishes. What a gem!...
Read moreGot there a little bit after they just opened. Was seated pretty quickly since it has a large hall for seating. Soon as we sat down we were bombarded with 3 ladies and their carts. Really trying to make all their sales. I didnt like that. I understand that's a tactic but sheesh, let me get my other butt cheek on my chair first. Then whatever you order it's sometimes hard to understand them with their accents. Then you feel pressured to just order random stuff. I feel that when you order, and they add your plate to the receipt, they are putting more than what you ordered. Everything on the menu is less then $8 so why did my check come out almost $40 when if I had been given a menu instead of just bombarded with "you want This? You want That?" Id notice the prices for the things I actually wanted was like $3 and $4. And 6 plates of various things is filling. But not for $40. They do takeout, so I'd rather do...
