I was so happy when they opened this store because it's close and convenient to my home. I've been to this store many times. I even added the app to my phone because of this store. When I first started using the app (I'm not much of an app user) I would place my order as I was driving to the location and I'd wait knowing that my order was just placed. After so long I started placing my order while at home so that I don't have to wait and can get to work on time. The last few times that I placed my order I've allowed 15 minutes to go and pick up my drinks but each time my drink is not ready. I don't mind waiting however when I have to get to work at a certain time it's not fair that I place my order 15 minutes before get to the store and my drink isn't even ready. Read moreThis place needs better management. Every time I visit, I'm disappointed with the service and the drinks. During my last visit, they locked the restroom and didn't allow customers to use it—this was an hour and a half before closing time.
Additionally, their hot chocolate and green tea matcha latte tasted like hot milk with just a hint of chocolate or matcha. Today, I ordered an iced green tea matcha latte with extra lavender cold foam, but it didn’t seem like they added any extra lavender foam. I could barely taste it. No layers.

By 3pm, the same day, the regional manager "Ashley" called me to apologize and try and make things right. + She added 10$ to my Starbucks card for my troubles..
