Bad Daddy's Burger Bar — Restaurant in Arvada

The waiter, I think his name was Chris, did his best to try to make the experience better than it was. So to be clear, this review is not toward the wait staff. Wife and I went in for dinner, first time we have ever been to this place. I ordered their BD burger, no onion and no tomato and requested the burger to be cooked medium. Wife ordered a build your own salad with grilled chicken. Ordered onion rings as an appetizer. Onion rings were delicious, arrived hot and quickly. Finally our food came, wife's salad had no grilled chicken as she requested. Asked waiter if he still has the paper that she used to order the ingredients, she did check the box requesting grilled chicken and the cooks failed to deliver on putting the chicken in the salad. My burger showed up, took two bites and realized it was raw, meaning the meat was bloody. Normally I request medium cook which typically gives you a little pink on the meat. This was ridiculous. Told the waiter about the issues and of course he offered to fix the issues. Wife decided to skip the chicken for her salad and I chose not to have the hamburger re-cooked. Just felt if the kitchen staff can't even get chicken on a salad, how will they cook a second burger correctly. I think it was the cook, hard to tell and he didn't introduce himself, came to our table and said he could have a replacement burger out to me "in about 5 minutes", of course I declined because everyone knows you cannot cook a 7 ounce burger to medium in 5 minutes, takes at least 12 minutes. That right there proved to me I was not going to get a good burger. Waiter offered to comp the entire meal. We declined and paid for the food we were able to eat. Don't know that we would ever go back, not into eating...

This was my first time coming here since I heard it's a really good place. And didn't want to say anything bad,but I must say it. Our waitress at first I felt bad because maybe it was her first day and I wouldn't have mind. However I've noticed that she didn't get our drinks order right. I asked for a water with no ice and she brought me one filled with ice. I didn't want to say anything bbn but didn't mind. My friend ordered a drink and then I ordered one too. It took a while to get our drink and she said that their bartender was busy. However I noticed that others got their drinks fast and the bartender wasn't busy at all. What I thought was crazy that she starting asking if one of our friends was drinking from the beer. He wasn't and we ignored it. We are still waiting for our food but then I noticed that the waitresses were talking about our table and I knew they were because they were loud about it and in the center of the establishment. Professionally I would of talked about it in the back, but they were in front of everyone. It felt very embarrassing. Felt like a bunch of high school girls talking in their group about others in front of everyone. So we just left and still hadn't gotten our food and were just going to pay for the drinks. When we asked for the check, they had the audacity to charge us for food that so happens we got our food when we got the check. I don't know, never tried to bring out the race card but looking around, we were the only minorities here. But yeah, first time coming here and definitely my last time. I would give this experience 0...
