This place use to be 5 stars but on a Saturday night in one of the most upcoming cities and neighborhoods, this place was not what it use to be. Atmosphere use to be fun, now it seems like someone or something sucked the life out of this place. Food has taken a dive as far as quality and quantity. It was edible but yet it it tasted sad. After it tasted sad, it felt sad in the area where my heart is. I reflected down memory lane when fuzzys use to give me the fuzzys, but at this time it gave me no fuzzys in my heart, not even a reach around. I guess I'm going to have to lick my fingers and remember the days of the old. Food was good, not great and like almost 10 bucks for subpar burritos that aren't made with crisp delicate love that flows through a business that cares. It's like they took the money and ran... now we're stuck with the leftovers of greed and complacency. Once you lay down in this business, it's hard to stand on your feet once those legs become weak.
It's not too late to turn around. Honestly I challenge this establishment to be fun and vibrant again. If not, close your doors and allow a business that wants to be there add some flare to a wonderful little town. Oh, and do something with the shift supervisor or whoever the guy was with the beautiful long blonde hair. He just needs some people skills.
Overall if you want some grub, it's a go but dont be too high on your standards . Also dont forget, it's a gimmick, you can get the same the thing in their Thornton location with half the hassles and disappointments. Also old town Arvada has much to offer for a bite to eat, so if you try fuzzys, not happy, just walk across the street and hit cereal box Inc and cheer up quick.

Read moreHonestly, just don't bother. Horrible customer service is the biggest issue. Ordered online, so I know everything was right on my screen and the printed receipt. They missed two items completely and ignored ingredient removal completely for any orders requesting it.. these are options on the online order system, not special comments. This was a decent sized order for a kids birthday party. It was hard enough to get there, and parking is no treat. I fed the kids with what we had, and had to take them all for a bit more food after since there wasn't enough. I called the restaurant for a refund, but when you "push one for curbside pickup or to speak to a manager" it simply loops you into the same menu. That was the case many times later that night, and again the next several days. We filed an online request for customer service and refund, and received no additional contact. I contacted corporate complaints, and they told me the complaint was sent along and the business had updated the case that they contacted me. This was a lie. I have a mobile phone and there were no messages, texts, emails, or missed calls. I called corporate again after the 4 days they asked me to wait, and they assured me they would escalate to the store and I would for sure hear from them within 24 hours. I did not. Read moreFriday night around 9 i had chosen fuzzy's as a better choice than taco bell for a quick snack to pick up. I had called in a small order of 2 tacos. I have heard the food was good (which it is).
I was told order would be ready to pick up in 10 minutes. When I arrived on time I was greeted professionally and the atmosphere was great. I paid for my order and gave them a generous tip as well and was told the order would be right up.
15 minutes go by and I am still waiting patiently while most of the other customers were waiting for their food too.
What seemed to be the manager in different attire approached me and asked what we were waiting for (as it may have been obvious to him that we were waiting nearly 25 minutes now for a 10 minute order for 2 simple tacos with just beef cheese and lettuce) I then told the guy we were waiting on 2 tacos and he went to enter the ticket back in. I stopped him and stated i would need a refund if it would take another 10 minutes. He said it would only take a couple minutes to get the order completed and he would also throw a couple more in there for the hassle. (Which he ended up giving us plenty more than paid for.) i then agreed to wait a couple minutes for the extra tacos and by this time I was already waiting 25 minutes.
