DO NOT COME HERE!! NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE!! Come if you want the big bald bouncer to HIT you and ASSAULT you As their staff watches and allows the disgusting behavior witness on not one occasion but MANY!!!? One of the worst cases of power hungry aggression! I have come To this bar multiple Times and have seen how the bald big security guard literally MANHANDLES customers not even HALF his size! Come here if you want to be touched or violated! Never have I seen a security guard abuse his job so often and so severely! Completely unnecessary they way he uses excessive force, he is EXTREMELY aggressive and is no way allowed to hit ANY customer the way I witnessed. Appalling and scary!! How does paradise allow this?!?? The boys shirt was ripped as well as his jewelry. The customer was thrown around like a rag doll, hut and dragged out!! Marks all over the customer?! Absolutely disgusting! I'm consulting with a few attorneys on how I can go forth and see what can be done about this. in the gay community we have already experienced much hate and hurt and pain, we come to places like paradise to feel SAFE and as a place of SANCUARY for our gay brothers and sisters. The management should be ashamed of hekselbes for not firing this man along time ago. No one should be treated the ways I’ve witness this security treat our young gay lgbtq members! Whether they are in the wrong for their actions or not there are far better ways to handle These situations then...

Front of the house: Excellent. Door staff was very professional AND friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Inside Bar: ordered top shelf. Got what we paid for.. bar staff was great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

POOL BAR ( Side closest to stairs) ZERO STARS We ordered thefirst round of TOP SHELF (Goose+)...First drink worth every premium penny including 30% tip.

Second round my husband ordered..it was awful. Brought it back to see if the slim male male bartender could fix his watered down drink. His reply was EXACTLY this. " There is alcohol in there, but now your going to get it the way I should have made it and it will be less alchohol"... to teach me a lesson.

Dude, you're a summer, weekend bartender at someone else's business... have some respect for the owner and the customers.... oddly enough the second drink was better 🤣😂😅.. BUT we left BECAUSE of THAT ONE BARTENDER and his terrible attitude..We went to Watermark.

To the owner. I hope this feedback helps. The five star rating is because it's not your fault that that bartender is bad at his job..and so you are aware of his work attitude. You can find a MUCH better employee than that...

Really disappointed with my pride experience. Having to wait out in the heat on line for 30 minutes after walking miles from parking far far away I entered the bar. I immediately went up to the bartender and tried telling him that I felt I needed water right away, I was feeling queasy, dizzy and like I might faint. He completely ignored me and continued going down the line of people waiting for drinks until it came to be my turn. I asked for a drink of water. Was told that no free water was given out only bottled water for some ridiculous price. I understand that there's no legal requirement to provide free drinking water, however I feel it's really unsavory of this business to deny people drinking water ... especially if there's a possibility of a health emergency. What would it take, for some kind of humane response? Would someone need to pass out for them to even provide any sort of assistance? Not happy at all. This place just wants your money and that's it. Pride used to be about a community coming together to support each other despite the fact that we're a minority. It's not fun anymore, it's not a cool place to go and they're just trying to...
