Worst experience I had in a long time. Coming in we was not welcomed by any employees. 2 employees looked at us didnt say a word. It was not busy and we waited about 5 mins to be seated. A host finally came and ask how many and seated us. As we got to our table, we was informed about no menus being given and to go on the qr code. No one helped us or gave us information on how to do it. After a certain time, our server finally came by and said you can use your camera waited a few moments then left. Again, after struggling 20 more mins to get the menu downloaded which was unsuccessful due to it taking so long on the internet, the server came by asking if we was ready. We said no we been trying to get the menu uploaded which she then said we can give you a menu. It wouldve made more sense to give it to us from the beginning or the second time rather than us waiting 30 mins. We asked for an appetizer that had the combo of 3 foods and sauce. It was not what the picture looked at as we only got a handful size of fried pickles two things of chicken fingers which was very small and 2 small burgers. One of us asked for ranch and others asked for 2 other sauces. She came back saying I just gave you all 3 ranches which wasnt what we have asked for. We asked for the sauce she came back gave us the wrong one again. Finally. after asking 3 times we finally got it correct. Call it petty but it's the principle of the situation that had me a bit upset of not following simple requests. After we got our food we havent seen the server until we got our drinks filled. No words from the server at all. The food wasnt all that great as it seemed to be poorly made and put together with no effort. The server seemed cocky and had some attitude that came off as disrespectful and the kind of attitude I'm better than you. The area was not the cleanest as well. I did not leave a tip because she didnt deserve it from her not paying attention to simple requests, attitude, not helping us with our menu, as well as not being welcoming. I will not be back to this location of Chilis. I honestly think the manager needs to start looking over his or hers employees and start finding ways on how to make this Chilis better. Start harshing down on discipline, making the employees make the customers feel welcome, and having them give a sense of respect to where the customers...

I thought I had seen something on Chili’s site saying Mother’s Day special 2 for $20.00, I asked the waitress, she said she hasn’t heard anything, and said let me ask my manger. She came back, and said no, there was no special for Mother’s Day!! My son had a free coupon, that he won from Belksfest, and I gave it to the waitress! She said do u need a minute, I said yes that’s fine!! Well I turn around and look, and she took everyone’s order, but ours, I was just agreeing to a minute!! I felt the whole time, that we where beneath, so why worry with us!! We had 5 napkins, she told us to use the plate the sides came on, and never once asked us if we needed anything!! My son had got the mini cake for $2.49 more, and because she worried about everyone else, we got it after sitting there, and me having to stop her!! Then we get our ticket, and it charged us $1.99 for the table before us, playing games, I said something to her, she brought the new ticket back so fast, and then the new ticket said what I should pay to her for a tip!! She came back to the table, and said do u need change, I said no, I payed the 2nd total, and she said, oh yea I don’t know why it put that on there, I guess because I took the $1.99 off for the game(nobody played), or because your son ate for free!! I told my daughter from the beginning, I felt she was going to look at us,( because I asked about a special, and my son had a coupon, ) differently, and she was so kind to everyone around us, kept asking them what they needed!! We are moving soon, I will be glad to get out of Asheboro, there are just too many groups of people around...
Read moreWe went there six months to a year ago and had a horrible experience food was cold had no flavor we’ve been going to Chili’s since they opened at least twice a month and always had a great experience so we asked our waitress what had changed and she had informed us that they had a new manager and a new cook. So we gave it six months to year and thought well let’s try Chili’s again last night we went to Chili’s And the experience was just as bad as it was the last time. My husband ordered a steak which was a sirloin he ordered it medium Rare and it came out purple his mashed potatoes were cold and his broccoli was cold. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and my pasta was room temperature it wasn’t warm and it wasn’t cold. So we had our waiter to come over to our table and we explain to him the situation and explain that we did not want to eat this food and I wanted our check to leave .We paid for our drinks and left. Before we left the shift manager came over to us and really just gave us a business card didn’t say anything but if we need to call him we could,needless to say we will not be going back to Chili’s in Asheboro.This is very disappointing since Asheboro does not have many nice restaurants.My suggestion to you would be to either go to kickback Jack’s or the flying pig in Asheboro.
