Gloria Jean's Coffees — Restaurant in Ashwaubenon

if i could give a zero star rating i would but i can't so a 1 star will work. i walked into gloria jean and the first thing i saw was an employee with darker long hair in a pony tail give a dirty look. I walked to the counter to order a drink and while ordering she was paying attention more to her coworkers than the customers but while i was ordering she had an attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. When she was giving me my change it was almost as if she threw it into my hand. I was waiting for my drink to be made and i could see that she was looking at me waiting and rolling her eyes a bit while making my drink. I get great customer service most of the time from here but today 4/26 the girl with the black shirt with ariana granda in a white outfit was rude and just not someone i'd like to have take my order...

This used to be my favorite coffee place and it's turned to 💩!! Today I ordered a small Madagascar vanilla caramel. Was told they didn't have enough caramel syrup and no whip cream. I asked if you get a discount since half the ingredients they charge for are missing and she said I'm sorry but no. So I didn't leave a tip either then. The 2 times or so before this they cleaned up all the machines like 20 mins prior to closing and only offered certain drinks. Then another time they closed early altogether than the time they normally do. I am DONE ordering from them. Charging $7+ for a SMALL blended drink that's missing half the ingredients. I'll go to SCOOTERS where they are priced decent, have the ingredients you're charged for, great customer service and take orders as late as 5 mins before...

Are parents aware that the people that work at this location in the green bay mall like to try and give out coffee samples to children! Then when you try and go and talk to a manager, because ya know you're a concerned parent and you wanna know if it's there policy to target children under the age of 10, or ya know to even approach someone's child/ children, let alone offer something to the child? So if the people who run this coffee shop are reading this. Those are my questions for you. Also i will be calling until I'm able to speak with someone who isn't in there early 20s or just out of...
