Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Atascocita

I ordered a medium drink with mango jelly and grape poppers for my daughter, but when I received it, it didn’t have any mango jelly in it. I tried to tell the guy who made it that it didn’t have any jelly, but he insisted that it was in the drink. It wasn’t. My daughter and I both tried to search for the jelly, and it was never found in the drink.

I also ordered a large honey oolong for myself, but got handed a medium size instead. When I brought it up to the girl who took my order, she insisted that I didn’t order a large until I showed her my receipt (which she discarded instead of handling it back to me). She redid my drink, but the entire time I felt like I was bothering them. I was polite the entire time because I NEVER want to be classified as a Karen, so I won’t be coming back due to the service I received today.

I gave 3 stars because the drinks were good… even though my daughter was missing her mango jelly.

Hope everyone else gets better service, but I won’t be coming back to this location.

**UPDATE 1/2022: I decided to stop by to give them a second chance, and it was a great experience. I did not mention this review or asked for anything free. I just ordered and paid, and everything was great. Thank you...

DO NOT VISIT IF THESE PEOPLE ARE WORKING…. I was lied to. And talked to like I wasn’t a customer. I have visited this particular Kung Fu Tea many times since their opening. Usually the place is very good. However, today I felt less than a customer by the service I received. The young lady who made my drink, made the wrong drink at first, after learning it was wrong, she quickly redid something however it didn’t look like the drink that I usually get. I think due to the fact that she just poured out what she did and didn’t actually remake the drink. Therefore, it was very runny and flat (I get a milk cap everytime). After expressing my discontent for what happened the person who said he was the manager (hard to believe) aggressively told me it was what I ordered, almost yelling at me to get out of the store because I had gotten what I ordered. I asked for the young woman’s name and he told me Lisa. After calling back he said no one worked there by that name. So I was lied to on top of everything! I’m so unhappy because I no longer want to frequent this...

Usually a great place! But the manager was very unfair. Messed up two of our drinks and refused to remake them. 😢

Update to owner: I don’t know how to respond so I’m editing. I ordered 3 drinks. One came out fine. One was the Oreo Wow but i never added tapioca but it had tapioca. That one we didn’t mention cause we just thought okay. But then I ordered the Kirby drink and it had some jelly in it? I ordered on the app and only wanted tapioca with it (did not add the jelly). It ended up being gross. The drink was full when I showed an employee I didn’t like it or ask for the jelly. I wanted to see if I could exchange it for another drink and she said no I would have to pay for a new one and that they don’t...
