Me and my sis was in this we did go on this route we did look around in this Ross it is pretty chunky is the chefs are very empty and very bare because I think more people have about all the stuff of special Hispanic people cuz this is the area but when we was in the area we with geocaching in the area it's very good area to geocache and me while I was in the area we found some money make sure you look on the ground around you at all times cuz you make some money but please look on the ground you may find some money I don't know who's planning on the ground but God may be playing the money for you to find but when you get out your car please look around and see if you found any $20 bill floating around folded up so cuz we found she found $20 and I went right back around the corner and found another $20 please look around and you may find your pot of gold now don't Rob nobody but look around and please be very careful when you come out on the street because somebody was very rude almost hit my sister car it's up and they just took their time turn out in front of you this was a Spanish lady with some Spanish people in the car they are very rude and...

I do not recommend this store at all! I have had the worst experience! The service is terrible, the staff is not polite at all, the employee who was at the entrance did not even greeted me or welcome the buyers, there was only one cashier to attend sales (without much knowledge and with low speed motion) and another cashier for returns, that although she wanted to help (it was not the case) she could not do it, I was around 20 minutes in a line of only 6 people in front of me (due to the speed and skill of the cashier) and I spent another 12 minutes waiting for the cashier to remove the security seal from one of the items I bought, she was unable to ask for help until I suggested it. A supposed manager came to help and did not even apologized for the incompetence of her staff and the miserable service they offer! I will never go back to that store again and I hope that many people can see this comment and stop...

Went to Ross, found a few options for my friends Christmas party. Wanted to try on dresses with a pair of heels from the store. Was informed that wasn’t allowed.. disappointed. Could’ve been a quick and easy upsell for the store. Then went to use the bathroom and was told the restroom was for employees only and they were out of toilet paper. I talked with the employees and they told me they didn’t know where they could use the restroom. When I asked for a manager she smiled at me and didn’t respond as to why they didn’t have toilet paper. I suggested she go buy some from Kroger next door and she brushed it off acting like it wasn’t a big deal for her customers and employees to not be able to have access to a bathroom and toilet paper.
