This Chipotle has always been iffy to me and I rarely frequent here, but it's much worse now more than ever.. When they first opened they served half done rice and food that was not fresh. However, today set a whole new standard of not caring for me and I'm sure the other customers that stood in line patiently waiting for a longer period of time than was necessary. The wait was not the issue because clearly they were short staff. The issue today was Ms. Angela the manager seeing more than 10 people in line and instead of chipping in she decided to have conversations with her employees that were struggling to do their job already. Clearly they were newbies (2 people on the food line and 1 cook) and that's completely fine but leaving them to do walk in orders and online orders alone is not at all feasible or fair. We get it you want to let the spectators know that you're in charge by not actually doing any work. Ok. It began with her taking one of her employees temp and having a 2 min conversation with that person then, walking back and forth not trying to help at all, (pretending as if she had to man the register when no one was getting their food fast enough for her to have to stand there). It then went to her transferring food from the main food line to the to go food line I assume, without any gloves she did not apply hand sanitizer nor wash her hands not one time, next she proceeds to touch her phone (texting or scrolling) then go back to checking out customers in between 5min intervals, converse with her employees laughing as if we aren't of any importance at all. Again, not helping to get everyone out of there. The line continues to grow and finally its my turn. I look around and at least 7 more people have walked in to get their to-go orders which were not completed. So I now have to wait more time before my order is fulfilled. The new young lady finally begins to fix my food and it is the bottom of the barrel the food line is disgusting. Although the young lady tried her best to clean it she is steadily being forced to do both online and walk in orders. Not to mention the counter area where Ms. Angela is standing manning the register twindling her thumbs is filthy. At that point I'd had enough.. Being a Manager means taking control and making sure your store runs smoothly. This cannot happen when you have someone in charge that is clearly not mature enough to understand that time is money and this store will fail with management such as Angela. Someone needs to teach this young lady that being a team leader also means knowing how to be a team member when needed. As we all know there is no I in team. I am so disappointed. It is very apparent that whoever the regional is for this store has been lacking on doing their part. It's also clear that the health department has not come and visit them in quite some time. This store is in need of some mature adult supervision. This is definitely not how you run a business. Please someone in corporate send someone to get this team in order, because it is clear that help is definitely needed. It has been a long time coming and something should be done quickly. Take note from the Wing Stop nearby they have a completely new staff and are operating better than ever and they were in your same boat. Your customers deserve so much...
Read moremy husband and I love coming here and we always have a positive experience unfortunately today (5/18/2025 12:45pm) we didn’t due to a employee named Zarai (not sure if spelled correctly but she is a blonde older lady) my husband went in on his own to order our bowls and he specifically asked for extra sour cream in my bowl and none in his, Zarai put sour cream in his and he politely asked if they could scrape it off or do anything and they told him no. He paid and left and told me what happened I walked back in there and politely asked a different employee if we could remake the bowl and immediately the lady Zarai overheard and got loud with me and started going on about how “he asked for it” “we can check the cameras” “he wanted it that way” there was absolutely no reason for her to get defensive and loud when I was not upset at all, I just asked if we could remake the bowl, I didn’t want my money back or ask for free food as I gave them the messed up bowl back. She needs to have her attitude checked immediately because I was kind the entire time until she decided to get loud with me and even then all I did was correct her and say we did not need sour cream. Thankfully all the other workers there were kind and remade my bowl without any issues. (And if she thinks I was in the wrong she can go ahead and check the cameras to see how she’s the only one who got loud and...
Read moreVery disappointed in my neighborhood Chipotle and in the brand itself. Maybe I missed out on something in the past 3 months which was the last time I visited another Chipotle Restaurant. This time, the portions on the protein, the rice and chips was very disappointing. At first I thought it was me but I noticed the same portions being served to other customers. Very disappointed on the portion and the pricing. I understand the food cost factors of portioning but I felt cheated. I mean come on, cutting down on chips and rice, like the cost of those items are super low and I’m pretty sure Chipotle makes a killing on profits from these 2 types of sides. Shame on you Chipotle Brand. As for the location, the men’s restroom was disgustingly unacceptable with a broken toilet that I almost wanted to walk out and return my food. I had to walk through the entire dining room to find a clean table as there were like 6-7 dirty tables. The atmosphere was great and the staff seemed to be enjoying themselves at work which is always great to see. I would consider a 3 start because of atmosphere and great staff, but I felt cheated on my portioning of food and wasn’t a fan of eating in a less than...
