Original Visit: 5/19/18 This was my first experience with Massage Heights, but I'm on the fence if it'll be my last. I was able to make an appointment and check-in with ease from great customer service reps. I filled out a form upon checking in and was very specific about my tension, headaches, and type of pressure I wanted. I received no particular attention to any of these concerns.

My therapist, although very kind, seemed very inexperienced. Not only did she apply feather-like pressure throughout the entire session, but she actually forgot to massage one of my legs. I've never had such an inconsistent massage session where something performed on one side was not performed on the other. She also paid absolutely no attention to my neck, which was one of my trouble areas. I mean not once did she massage the main areas I wanted her to focus on. The way that she concluded the session (by saying "Okay Miss") was not okay. Don't get me wrong, she was a very sweet and gentle lady, but my expectations must have been too high based on other experiences I've had.

I ended up getting very emotional about the experience because I've been dealing with bad migraines and finally had the time to schedule an appointment, only to have it be a not-so-good experience. Thank goodness one of the ladies at the front desk (I hate I didn't catch her name because she was a doll) took my concerns about my session into consideration. I'm so grateful that she understood and I was so embarrassed that I got so emotional about it. I will update my review after my next experience. I don't want one therapist's inexperience to influence my perception of this place.

Updated: 5/20/18 Thank you Cony!!! I have been completely redeemed!! I enjoyed the best massage I've ever had today and it was with Cony. She was amazing and has heavenly hands!! From the moment I was brought into the room, she was very kind and attentive. She asked me what I was looking for today and explained everything without being overly talkative. I described the tension and headaches I've been having and she knew exactly what I needed. It was like she mapped out in her head exactly what she needed to do to relieve me. With a mixture of relaxing, firm, and deep tissue, the massage was everything...I mean EVERYTHING!!! I got up from the massage table with no migraine and I felt extremely relaxed. I appreciated the services so much that I signed up for a monthly membership. I can't wait to return.

I have been a loyal customer at Massage Heights of Summerwood since they opened. Typically, the service has been exceptional, worthy of five stars. Unfortunately, recent experiences with the new staff have dramatically changed my perception of this establishment, leading me to cancel my membership.

I had a scheduled appointment for May 18, 2024, at 3:00 PM for a 90-minute session, followed by another appointment on June 1st for another 90-minute session. Upon arriving for my appointment today, I was informed that the person who scheduled me failed to save it in the system. The staff then asked who scheduled my appointment, and when I asked them to look up the same person who scheduled me for June 1st, they claimed they couldn't do that.

Despite explaining that my appointment was scheduled, the staff initially stated that my preferred therapist wasn't available. Then, suddenly, a one-hour slot became available, and the staff member bluntly said, "The time is ticking, yes or no." This phrase was not only unprofessional but also dismissive, especially as it was said in front of other customers, making the situation even more uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, two other staff members found this interaction amusing, laughing at the situation. When I pointed out to one of the staff members that they seemed to find this funny, judging by her smirk, she replied with a sarcastic "Oh no," while still laughing.

This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect from the new, younger staff at Massage Heights of Summerwood is unacceptable. Their behavior has caused me to lose trust and faith in this company. I hope the management addresses these issues to prevent further loss of...
