Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

Very bad customer service at DOMINO'S Atlanta hwy Athens GA 30606– unacceptable It was Pickup order – Instead of three toppings they gave me two topping pizza by charging me full for 3 toppings– I have to drive there 2 times for same pizza issue and experienced rude attitude of their Manager, They spoiled my entire evening. I was travelling and on the way I ordered pizza for quick bite at 3190 Atlanta hwy, ste30,Athens GA30606, Order of three topping pizza with Jalapeno, Pineapple, Spinach When I picked up order around 5 pm, after some time I found there were only two toppings pineapple was missing so I spoke to MOD Summer – She asked to bring back pizza to see as a proof that was ridicules. We returned pizza and that rude lady didn’t mentioned single word of apology , She didn’t offer us any other option like price adjustment instead she told me that this is not her fault and she cannot do anything else but to wait for another 25 minutes in my car in cold and rainy day to take that redo pizza. That was very offensive experience at Domino's Atlanta highway Athens GA 30606. I have cancelled my pizza order and went another place for my dinner…. Refund has not been credited in my account yet…it will take 4-6 days that’s what she told me. This is unacceptable from Domino's brand we are very disappointed with service provided...

Visited this location on 6/26 and received the absolute worst customer service in history. I try to be very understanding with fast food because I understand most places are short staffed, I placed an order for curbside pick up & I ALWAYS pick up in the front of the store. When my order wasn’t brought out I called & no one answered so I went in. Only two people were there, the Manager “Summer” & another manager “Javontae”

Summer’s demeanor & customer service skills were very poor as she asked me “Did I need her to spell her name” when I asked for her name . Then proceeded to tell me to leave her store before she calls the police.

Reading other recent reviews it appears as this location has been performing poorly so I don’t expect upper management to do anything pertaining to this review.

On a better note, Javontae (The other manager) actually did everything he could to diffuse the situation. It would be great if he could train Summer on conflict resolution. I’m unsure how she made it to a management position with such poor customer service. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it & if you want respect you must also give it. I will definitely not visit this location again nor...

I've ordered from this Domino's countless times with minimal issues. Ordered DELIVERY this evening. I ordered a medium pizza, cheesy bread, and two 8 piece wings. When we got the food, the dough on the cheesy bread was SEVERELY undercooked, basically raw dough and there was hardly any sauce on the hot wings. I called up to this store to let them know my order was unsatisfactory and JOHN, the so called manager, hops on the phone and says I can bring my order back up there and that he's not going to just give away $23 worth of food. Excuse me??? I didn't ask for free food. I asked for my order to be made correctly. As I explained to not one but two people, I'm recovering from Covid, hence me ordering DELIVERY. He then proceeds to HANG UP in my face. When I called back up there again, the young lady I talked to for the second time says I will have to bring the order up there. I paid $38.00 for food and my family couldn't eat it. Then to receive customer service like I did??? I will NEVER order food from this Domino's again. When I said I was coming up there to speak to JOHN personally, all of a sudden, he was getting ready to leave....
