Concorde Grill — Restaurant in Atlanta

My experience at Concorde Grill was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the evening was going to be disappointing. It took over 20 minutes just for the server to greet us, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. This kind of delay in service is unacceptable and sets a poor tone for the rest of the dining experience.

When the server finally arrived, we were informed that the kitchen was on a 15-minute hold. This was perplexing, as we had already waited a significant amount of time just to be acknowledged. We decided to wait it out, hoping that things would improve. Unfortunately, they only got worse. The server disappeared, and it was a full hour before anyone came back to take our order. By this point, we were extremely frustrated and hungry.

When the food finally arrived, it was a complete letdown. The dishes were extremely overpriced given the quality. Not only was the food overcooked, but it also lacked any discernible flavor. It felt like no effort had been put into preparing the meals. The steaks were tough and dry, the vegetables were mushy, and even the simplest items like the bread were stale. For the prices they charge, I expected a far superior dining experience.

To make matters worse, the service continued to be inattentive and slow throughout the meal. Our drinks were never refilled, and we had to flag down the server multiple times to ask for basic things like napkins and condiments. It was clear that the staff were either poorly trained or simply didn't care about providing a good dining experience.

In summary, Concorde Grill was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The long wait times, poor service, overpriced and poorly prepared food made for an incredibly frustrating evening. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will definitely not be returning. Save your time and money and...

First we walked up the two ladies didn’t acknowledge us we were not even 2 feet away .They talked for 5 minutes or so like we weren’t even standing waiting to be seated . We order our food at 9:30 after 10:15 we asked about our food because people after us were receiving their meals . Our Waitress Tamesha she clearly didn’t want to be at work she wasn’t attentive at all . She had a nice nasty attitude & blamed everything on the kitchen ,although she never turned in our ticket to the kitchen until we asked when was our food coming ? We waited over a hour for breakfast that tasted no better than a frozen breakfast with a $46 price tag . I choose this hotel because it’s a 4 star hotel but you will not get 4 star service .The staff has an attitude & or came to work to socialize with their coworkers . The only good encounter was the check in guy . I will not stay here again nor do I recommend. I will go to a hotel with less stars & better...

My family and I were impressed with the service and food at this restaurant. We checked in late and didn’t feel like driving anywhere, and decided to try this place. The food was cooked to order and fresh and tasty. A small wait, but worth it. The food was so good we ate breakfast twice, lunch twice and dinner 3 times here. I must say we tried a bit of everything on the menu and everything was great. (Turkey Burger, Philly Cheesesteak, Quesadillas, Buffalo Wings, Angus Burgers, French Toast, Pizza, Fries, Shrimp Tacos, Shrimp Cargot) Service didn’t disappoint either. My family and I found it easier to eat at the hotel, then to go out and get food. The restaurant also also has a late night menu as well.
