Five Guys — Restaurant in Atlanta

I went in to pick up food last night. The food came out fairly quickly, but I had to wait an extra fifteen minutes for my milkshakes. The girl who was making them was very slow. She did not care at all. She moved so slow and took several breaks from making the shakes to flirt with another employee, talk on the phone, and inspect tickets on the line. By the time I got home, my food was as cold as the shakes. Very disappointing since usually I receive much better service and employees seem to care about doing a good job. I tried to talk to a supervisor about it, but he said he was too busy...

I haven't been to a five guys in forever. My last experience was, just ok. So I was so surprised when I ordered my cheeseburger with almost every topping they offered and cajun fries got to my car took a bit forgot all about pictures and devoured the burger while stuffing fries in my mouth. Three small bites left and I realized they forgot my Jalapenos, seriously. To my surprise I continued eating I didnt care, that's not me. I expect damn near perfection or at least what I order and paid for, but the patties were so hot, fresh, and delicious it...

I’d prefer to use his name but he was a little angry to begin with and didn’t want to cause a scene. That being said the gentleman with the peanut man tattoo on his neck was rude and cared more about flirting with the mall staff than actually doing his job. Forcefully asking women for their names six or more times in an attempt to flirt and get a date just made a very uncomfortable situation for multiple people. Not to mention you have a line of people watching and waiting for...
