TERRIBLE customer service but very nice icecream. I went there friday night after dinner, i was the only customer in the line, had to wait infront of thr cashier for 3-4 mins before anyone talks to me and the supervisor was apparently listening to music on her iphone pods. Then I asked for my icecream, she placed my order and asked me to pay without even asking me what size I want, and when I asked what size am I paying for she said this is our standard, I wanted ot change to a bigger size and she was so annoyed that i wanted a bigger size. Then Went to chose my icecream, person was very very rude, very unprofessional and unqualified person, always puffing, I told her my choices, she kept putting too much chocolate,when I asked her to put other flavours she kept puffing and didnt want to even look at me. She gave me my icecream without adding the Macron!!! Which I already paid for. When I told her she said yes you paid for it but didnt tell me which flavor.

She went to bring it and was very annoyed again because I asked her what are the different flavors of macrons they have so I can chose.

I will never buy again from this shop unless they properly respect their...

A couple of friends and I drove from Douglasville to come to Lenox and as we always do we stopped at the gelato shop to purchase us a cup. Upon asking to sample the flavor that I was considering since my friend had already decided on her flavor I was told by the gentleman supervisor on duty that I had to purchase a flavor in order to taste it. NEVER HAVE I EVER been told this in all of my years of stopping at this place. After today me and my friends won’t ever PATRONIZE your establishment again. His demeanor, his attitude and the down right disrespect that was displayed should not be tolerated by a company that expects to stay in business. I will also be making a post on your Facebook page in regards to this to let other fellow ATLANTA SHOPPERS know that this is the type of treatment they may encounter when dealing with him. Hurts to give them 1 star, love the gelato and macaroons, but the service the last time I went was horrible. The assistant manager working Saturday February 9 around 8:25 was so rude. I come almost every Saturday since I work at the mall to get pistachio macaroons, or the blueberry cheesecake gelato. This particular night they only had 4 macaroons so I ordered all of them. (Usually get a dozen if they have them) . She gave them to me in a cup I asked for a bag or the box they usually give she said no I had to order more , I explained I would but they didn’t have anymore for me to order, and that I was still working so didn’t just want to carry a cup around. She got a whole attitude about it, the sons owner was there and told her to just give me a box.
