The staff in the store at Phipps Plaza was incredibly knowledgeable about the artist and his history and how he comes up with his visions for his artwork. They were also extremely polite and engaging. I really enjoyed my visit there. I am definitely investing in Britto's work and the staff should take a lot of the credit for that. Nice gallery/store for those of us that love Romero Britto and his work. We had a glitch with the promised shipping date. Although the shipment was delayed beyond what was promised, Octavia at the Atlanta store worked overtime to address the problem, communicated effectively, and corporate did ultimately reverse the extra charges for the rapid shipping that didn’t happen.
